2. Through making sentences, asking and answering practice “On weekends”proficiently.

能力目标：1. Through listening, reading , role play , making dialogues , students can listen , read,and act out the dialogue even to recite the context .

2. Through learning the whole text , we can let the students write a little composition about themselves according to their learning in the class . 情感目标：

Let the students love to talk about their weekends.

教学重点：1. Learn to use the patterns .

2. Learn to use the dialogue in part “ Learn and say “ and try to write the same composition according to the teachers’ .

教学难点:1. To read the context loudly and use the pattern “On weekends” in reality .

教学流程：1.新课传授

1.巧妙导入; Show the video about the traveling on weekends.Then ask the students “What do they usually do on weekends?”and they answer it.

2.引出主题

：On weekends

3.解决难点：Words and sentences study: (1) let the students act the pictures and have a guess “what are they doing? Students answer the words of this class. (2)Teacher show the pictures ,and let the students have a guess “Where do they go on weekends?”

4.听音感知：Listen to the tape and try to choose the question “What does Xiao Hui usually do on weekends ?” you have heard .

5.默读初始：Read silently and fill in the blanks in groups . 6.朗读探知：Read loudly and answer the questions. 7.听音跟读：Listen and try to read after the tape. 8.角色朗读：小组读，男女读，开火车读，领读，师生对读，角色读。

9.留白处理：留白读，去掉文中关键词让学生填空读。

10.短文示范：

Hi,my name’s Annie.I like picnics very much,I would like to join you this weekend.I can take some sandwiches and fruit to the picnic.My home is near Zhongshan Park.So I will go there on foot.

11.学生仿写：Students can imitate it and try to write it .
