学生分析：五年级在英语学习中起着承上启下的作用，既是三四年级知识的进一步拓展加深，又是六年级知识的基础。五年级的学生已经具备一定的英语知识基础，初步具备一定的知识技能，能够简单的应用日常对话，但还是存在一些问题，部分学生依旧对学习英语兴趣不浓，学习自律性不好，且这个年龄的孩子由于生理年龄身心特点，会有一定的逆反心理，因此在教学过程中我们既要想方设法激起他们的学习兴趣，也要考虑其身心发展特点，一切以学生为本，呈现多样化的课堂，已达到良好的教学效果。

教学目标:

1.Grasp the words and

by train 设计理念：本单元的教学设计以新课程理念为标准，从学生实际情况出发，以贴近他们日常生活的对话导入，这有助于他们理解单词，之后再设计他们周末出去玩的情境，这对他们来说非常熟悉并有意思，从而引导他们学习关于出行的短语，并补充其它出行方式以拓展其知识面和短语储存量，在此基础上顺理成章引入课文部分教学，而此时学生已经掌握大部分课文中的短语和句子，学习起来并不困难，随后教师再进行一定的讲解，让学生融会贯通掌握课文，从而完成本课的教学任务。
