Step II Lead-in a.

The Introduction of Shakespeare William Shakespeare (1564-1616), the important writer, outstanding dramatist and poet in the European Renaissance(文艺复兴). He created a large number of popular literary works, occupies a special position in the history of European literature, has been honored as “Olympus Zeus(宙斯) in human literature."

The former plot of King Lear King Lear is a tragedy written by William Shakespeare. It tells the story of a king who gives his power and land to two of his three daughters, after they show their love for him in an extremely untruthful manner. His third daughter gets nothing, because she will not flatter(奉承) him as her sisters had done.

Teaching Reflection Time control is a problem, which makes the whole class a little busy in going through the process. But the design of class is good, which gets the students involved in the text.
