一、知识与技能目标:

了解单词beautiful和actress的意思;能用已学句型询问和问答Who’s that woman? She’s …,能用句型描述某人的职业、特点:My mum is …. She’s ….

通过阅读和表演小故事,学会询问和问答Who’s that woman? She’s …. 描述和赞扬某人:My mum is …. She’s …. How beautiful!

三、情感与态度目标:合作表演故事,体会英语学习的乐趣,感受故事阅读的快乐

能听懂、理解并正确朗读所学的故事。

能表演所学的故事。

【课前准备】

多媒体课件课文磁带、教学卡片学生准备。

【教学步骤】

1：Warm－up 1.Greeting with each other. 2.Free talk: Ask and answer Who’s that man\ woman? He’s\ She’s ….

3. Continue to learn Unit 2 My family, write down the title. 4. Try to introduce our family. (T and Ss introduce their family) 5.Enjoy a song I love my family (设计意图：营造轻松愉悦的学习氛围) Step

2：Pre－story Words learning. 1.(CAI: A picture of the famous movie star, Sun Li.) T: I have some beautiful pictures. Look. Who’s that woman? ( Ss try to say: She’s Sun Li.)

T: Yes, she’s an actress.

2.T spells ‘a-c-tr-ess’ according to the sound. Writes the word on the blackboard. 3.Ss read and spell one by one 4.Try to say : She is an actress. Sun Li is an actress. 5.Compare actress with actor 6.T: Is she beautiful? 7.T spells ‘b-eau-ti-ful’ according to the sound, and writes on the blackboard.

8.Ss read and spell 9.Games: Look at the beautiful pictures and try to say:

While－story

1. T: Look, who are they? ( Zoom, Zip and Zoom’s mother)

2. Self-read the story, Ss in pairs try to read the story, underline the language points, or ask any questions about the story.（设计意图：让学生尝试自主阅读）

3. Perceive the story. CAI: The pictures and the video of the story. 4. Understand the story. CAI: the questions T: I have three questions. Can you answer them? Read the story in your group, discuss and choose the right answers. Check the answers. T corrects Ss’ answers and writes the sentence pattern on the blackboard. (She’s my mother. My mum is an actress. She’s beautiful. )（设计意图：学生带着问题观看动画，加深内容印象）

5. Learn the culture. T: Zip praised Zoom’s mum ‘How beautiful!’, what did Zoom say? (Ss: Thank you.)

T: In China, when we praise others, they will say ‘No.’ modestly. But in western country, they will accept and express their thanks. T points to one girl and says ‘You’re beautiful!’ (Girl: Thank you.) T points to one boy and says ‘You’re clever!’ (Boy: Thank you.)（设计意图：了解中美不同的文化）

6. Read the story. CAI: The video of the story. Ss read after the video T and Ss read the story in roles.（设计意图：学生跟读操练为后面分角色朗读做准备）

7. Match it! CAI: The pictures and the sentences of the story 8. Imitate it! Ss dub the story in pairs. Step
