Ask Ss to think about the questions What’s today’s life

like? And What’s old days’ life like? Then listen to the tape then circle True or False.( AB1). 2. Ask Ss to open their books, listen carefully and try to find out the changes between old days’ life and today’ life. Then ask them to discuss in each group and check out the right answers. 3. T creates the situation to let Ss answer the questions.

Ask students to do a competition by talking about the changes between Picture A and B. Give them demonstration. e.g. SA: There was a small tree. SB: There is a big tree.

Watch a TV programme. 1.Ask Ss to watch a TV programme about our today’s life and old days’ life.

2. Ask them to have a competition by talking about the changes according to the programme. 1. Work in pairs; say the changes according to the pictures quickly. 1.
