Unit6 The rabbit’ s dream 教学目标:

1.

能在情境中理解运用词汇:far dangerous ocean

教学环节:

Step一:warming- up 1.

Talk about our dreams. Eg:I’ m … I want to be a train. I want to go to Beijing. I want to see Tian Anmen. What about you? Step二:Presentation 1.

Pre- task preparation (1)

Lead to the topic.

Show the picture of a rabbit and say:The rabbit has got a dream, too. Guess ! What’s the rabbit’s dream?

(2) Listen to the story and find out:

What’s the rabbit’s dream?

What animals does the rabbit meet ? 2.

While- task procedures (1)

Enjoy picture 1

1. T: The rabbit has got two friends. One frog and one mouse. What does the frog say?

S: It’s too far.

(Teacher shows the way to the ocean is too far.)

2.T: What does the mouse say?

S: It’s too dangerous.

(Teacher shows some dangerous pictures.)

3. Read the words with emotion. (2) Enjoy picture2—7

Use the question: Do you think it is dangerous?

to lead to picture 2—7 1.

Listen to the story from picture 2—7 2.

Enjoy the picture 2—7.

(1)T: How many animals did you hear? Who can be the lion ? S : Come with me. I’ll show you. I’ll get you.

T: The lion is big and strong.

(Read the sentence with emotion.)

T: What does the lion think? (2)T: Who can be the snake?

S: Sorry, I can’t hear you. Come closer.

Got you.

(Understand the phrase: come closer)

T: What does the snake think?

3. Enjoy picture 8

T: How is the rabbit feeling?

S: He is scared.

T: Why ? 4. Enjoy picture 9—11

(1) Read the story from 9—11

(2) Task: Reading comprihension: Read and judge.

(3) Check the answer and talk about“why”

5. Enjoy picture 12—13 (1)T:Does the rabbit get to the ocean?

S: Yes, he gets to the ocean at last.

T: How do you know? (2) Read the words happily. Step 三:Post-task activities 1.

Practice (1)Act the story. Different groups, different parts,
