教材分析：本节课是第七单元的第二课时，以谈论服装为主题，通过介绍服装，学习一些常用的服装名词；能掌握“询问价格”的句型：How much is this T-shirt? It’s seven dollars. How much are these socks? They are two dollars.利用课件和图片展开问答式的口语交际活动，引导学生掌握一些购买衣服时常用的语言表达方式。

教学目标

知识目标：1. 语言知识目标：

1) 复习所学的颜色类及服装类的词汇，并在说、读和写的练习中能熟练运用。2）总结归纳询问及回答不同类型及不同颜色服装的价格的句型。

教学步骤：

Step 1 Warm-up

Greeting the Ss. Step 2 Lead in

T: Who’s on duty today?

S: Here.

T: Is everyone here today?

S: Yes. Everyone is here.

T: Your hairpin is very nice. How much is it?

S: It’s two dollars. I also bought some nice clothes yesterday.

T: Do you like shopping?

S: Yes, I like shopping.

Step3 Presentation T: I like shopping a lot. Boys and girls do you like shopping? Now come with me to the clothes shop.

(Show students a picture of a clothes shop.) T: Do you like the clothes in the shop? S: Yes, we do.

T: Can you name these clothes in English? (Show a picture of a jacket.) T: What’s this in English? It’s a jacket.

T: What’s this in English? It’s a T-shirt. T-S-H-I-R-T, T-shirt. Now repeat.

S: T-shirt. (Show other pictures and teach Ss other clothes “socks, shorts, sweater, trousers, shoes, skirt”)

T: These clothes are very beautiful. I want to buy them but I have only six dollars. Let’s ask the prices.

T: show some clothes pictures with prices. T: T: How much is the T-shirt? Ss: It’s ten dollars. T: How much are the socks? Ss: They are three dollars. Ask and answer about the price of the clothes the teacher gives. Step 4 Pair work: ( Ask and answer in pairs)

. Step5 Guessing game (Show some clothes without prices.) T: Oh, How much are they? We don’t know . let’s guess.

Step65 Presentation T: (Showing a white T-shirt priced nine dollars on the screen) What color is this T-shirt?

Ss: It’s white.

T: Yes. How much is this white T-shirt?

Ss: It’s nine dollars. (Write “this white T-shirt” on the Bb) (Showing a pair of blue shoes priced five dollars on the screen). T: How much are those blue shoes? Ss: They’re five dollars.

T: Yes. Those blue shoes are five dollars. (Write “those blue shoes” on the Bb)

Note: the/this/that/these/those（等限定词）

Step 7 Pair work (ask and answer in pairs)

T: Show some pictures in all colors.

S: Ask and answer in pairs

A: How much is the brown sweater?

B: It’s ten dollars.

A: How much are these blue socks?

B: They’re two dollars. Step 8 Play a game: Who has the best memory?

The teacher shows some pictures about the clothes with prices and asks the students to remember all the prices of the clothes. The teacher will give the students thirty seconds. After thirty seconds, the teacher asks questions and the students try to answer her questions. Step 9 Group work Role-play:

Choose clothes for yourself at Love Clothes Store.

Shop assistant: May I help you? Customer : Yes, please. I need a_________. Shop assistant: OK, What color do you want? Customer : ______.

Shop assistant: How about this one? Customer: It looks nice. How much is it? Shop assistant: It’s _____ dollars. Customer: I’ll take it. How much are these____?

Shop assistant: They’re _____

Step10 Writing T: Do you know why many people in Love clothes store?

S: No. T: Because they see a poster for Love clothes store. Let’s read it. T: Show the poster to Ss and read it. T: You are a boss now, write a poster for your store. ( 展示水果店、文具店、玩具店和体育)用品店，要求学生以小组形式为其中一个商店写海报。主要介绍商品价格。）

Step 11 Act out your love.

抛出“你每年都会买新的衣服，那你的旧的衣服怎么处理呢？”

这个开放性的问题。激发鼓励学生思考各种各样的处理方法。
