1.knowledge aim: students can finish the tasks and understand the story.

2.Ability aim:students can act out and retell the story.

3.Emotional aim: students can learn to communicate and cooperate with classmates .and improve their interests of leaning English.

Review the unit and understand the whole story .

Students can act out and retell the story.

Teaching methods:

Task based method, stuational method,TPR method,communicative method. Teaching tools:

PPT,some pictures of position word,the headwears of Zoom and Zip.

Teaching procedures:

Step one:Warming-up

1.introduce the rules of the ‘’game”

T:Today I invite two friends here,Zoom and Zip, do you wants to play game with them?

At first, let’s sing a song.

2.Sing the song :where is the toy car?

Step two: Review

ROUNDONE

In unit 4,we have learnt so many words.now look at the pictures and say out the word.

Round two:In the pictures, there are many things ,on thr right, there are ten words,now tick out the word that you can find in the pictures.

1.Ss come infront and tick the words.

ROUNG THERE:

Look at the pictures carefully ,then listen to the tape and find out the right answers,

1.T guides the Ss say out the right positions :where is the boat\cap\car\ball?

2.Listen twice and write down the answers.

3.Check the answers and repeat the dialogue.

Step three

Zoom and Zip are playing a game, let’s have a look.

1.Watch the flash,try to understand the name of the game.(teach the phrase :hide and seek)

2.watch again,find out where is Zip?(teach the word: behind)

3.Ss learn the sentences according to each story picture.

4.Ss read the whole story by themselves.

5.pair work::T act as Zoom, one student acts as Zip.Then two Ss perform by themselves.

6.Retell the whole story.

Step four:summary: What do you learn?

Step five: Homework

Retell the story to your parents.
