Lesson 7 Arriving in Beijing教学设计

一、教材内容分析：

本课时是冀教版五年级英语下册第二单元的第一课，课文内容是延续上一单元李明、Jenny、Danny和李夫人一行四人去北京旅行，现在到达北京火车站，在车站谈论的一些话题。教学内容贴近学生生活，有利于培养他们在真实情境中用英语进行交际的能力。本课涉及到了一些复杂的可数名词单数变复数的词汇及句型，在教学中应该注意帮助学生进行归类总结。在口语交际时，也要注意句型中单复数的正确应用。

二、学生情况分析：

本班学生性格活泼，但对英语兴趣不是很浓厚，不太喜欢朗读及对话表演等形式。对于名词单复数，学生对可数名词变复数（+s）的形式很熟悉，对其他变复数形式知道的较少。本课中出现的特殊变化形式（men\women\children），学生是初次接触。学生对单复数句型变化有所了解，但应用中还不熟悉，经常会出现错误。在教学中应该注重口语练习，以巩固所学知识。

三、教学目标：

1、知识与技能目标：

a. 使学生能听懂、说出并认读单词“men、women、children、people 、many、everyone”。

b. 学生能够熟练应用A child is …/ Some children are… A man is…/ Some men are…

A woman is…/ Some women are…”等句型进行对话练习。 并能正确运用“ men 、 women 、children”这些名词的单、复数形式。

2、过程与方法目标：

a. 学生通过多媒体课件展示，整体感知学习内容，接受语言信息，体验感受旅行的快乐，激发生活情趣。

b. 学生通过小组互相评价，更清晰地认识自我，体验合作，感受成功。并能够积极参与、努力实践。

3、情感态度价值观：

a.培养学生较好的文化意识与英语语感。

b.增强学生合作意识及良好的竞争意识。

四、教学重难点：

1、使学生掌握单词“men、women、children、people、many、everyone”。

2、学生能够利用本课所学知识进行情感交际练习。
