教学目标：

知识与技能：

1. 理解Story time文本的内容。

2. 能够朗读故事，并能较准确地模仿课文发音。

3. 掌握本单元重点句型Who is that man/ woman? He is /She is my ...。

过程与方法：

通过阅读趣味故事，复习本单元所学语言，增加学生语音输入。

情感态度与价值观：

1. 培养学生结合图片和上下文理解句子的能力。

2. 勇于表达，具有学习的主动精神和体验用英语展示自己的成就感。

3. 教育学生家庭对孩子成长的重要性，要孝顺父母，做个有担当的好孩子。

教学重难点：

1. 理解Story time文本的内容。

2. 让学生在理解的基础上表演故事，并能较准确地模仿课文发音。

教学过程：

Step1: Warming up 1. Sing an English song （设计意图：通过唱本单元的英文歌曲热身,吸引学生的注意力,使学生尽快融入英语课堂学习的氛围。）

2. Free talk: （设计意图：接着进行自由会话,谈论“他/她是谁”，回顾重点句型,为新课导入做铺垫。）

T: Today we will continue to learn Unit 3 My Family Part C Story time.

Step 2: Presentation 1. (Play the recorder first time) Teacher show the picture of Story time. 2. (Play the recorder second time) Ask students to think about two questions while listening to the recorder Q1: Who are they? Q2: Who is an actress? Help students to answer the questions.

（设计意图：引导孩子理解在解答问题的过程中遇到的生词的含义,并根据学生回答的答案构建故事的思维导图）

3. Analyse the story for students. Picture 1: Who is that woman ? She is my mother. Translate and review the key sentences. Picture 2: She is beautiful. Thank you. Show the picture of the word beautiful.Guess the meaning . Picture 3: My mum is an actress. Really? Show the picture of the word actress.Guess the meaning . Listen to the pronunciation and intonation of the word Really carefully and guess the meaning of it. Picture 4: Wait a minute! Help students to get the pronunciation and intonation of the sentence. T:What is happen then? Picture 5: Look at me! Beautiful! Help students to get the pronunciation and intonation of the sentence. Picture 6: Zoom! How beautiful! Help students to get the pronunciation and intonation of the sentence. 4. Listen to the recorder about the whole story. 5. Read after the recorder and imitate the pronunciation and intonation

of the sentence. 6. Read the story in roles. 7 .Ask students to act the story in roles. （设计意图：通过逐句分析，让学生理解课文的内容。并通过各种跟读录音，分角色朗读和表演，让学生掌握正确的英语语音语调，也锻炼了学生的模仿能力，和学习英语带来的自信。）

Step 3: Consolidation 1. Emphasize the meaning and the importance of My family :Family love is meaningful to everyone . 2. Play the video. Family=Father and Mother I Love You （设计意图：强调family的含义，揭题：My family.并向学生进行情感教育，有爱的家庭对孩子成长的重要性。并通过一段公益广告的播放，教育孩子要爱自己的爸爸妈妈，他们曾为我们付出那么多，等他们老了，我们就应该有责任有担当，照顾孝顺他们。动画的播放，进一步加强学生的思想教育。）

Step 4: Give Homework 1. Recite the story to your parents. 2. Help your parents to do the housework after school. （设计意图：让学生将故事情节，用复述的形式告诉父母，既是对课文的总结，又拉近了父母和孩子之间的关系。同时，让学生回家帮父母做家务，锻炼了学生的劳动能力，也让他们感受到劳动的快乐和学习英语带来的自信感。）
