教学目标:

掌握句型:I wish…

会用句型I wish 来表扬自己的愿望。

学生能够理解绘本,体会人物感情,明白绘本的寓意。

通过绘本的学习,学生可以生动的表演绘本。

教学过程:

Step1 Enjoy the song.

We wish you a merry Christmas. Step 2 Free talk 1.

Christmas Father brings some cards. Ask student read the sentences the cards. 2.

Teacher shows her wishes with the sentence: I wish I…

Student talk:1. What are their wishes? 2. If the wishes come true or not, How would they feel? Step 3 Presentation 1.

Show the story. Ask students about the title and the main characters.

Ask students the first impression of the Nat and Ned. 3.

Ask students read the pictures 1-10,talk about the main characters again. 4.

Ask students what Ned’s three wishes are? 5.

Let students watch the cartoon and answer the question: Can Ned’s wishes come true? 6.
