一、教材分析

本课是外研社新标准英语（一起）五年级下册Module 5 Unit 1 Your bag is broken. 修订版教材第五模块的内容，本课的情境是Lingling 的行李箱坏了，Ms Smart要为她每一个新的，于是两人一起去商店。Lingling 看到一款黑色的包，觉得又打又好看，但是Ms Smart觉得太重；Ms Smart向她推荐一款绿色的包，很轻，但是Lingling 觉得太小；最后，售货员推荐一款红色的箱子，既大又轻，Ms Smart决定给Lingling买这款红色的箱子。通过课文的学习，学生可以进一步注意到中外文化的异同，增强跨文化交际的意识和能力。

二、学情分析

对于五年级学生来说，本课并没有新增的语法知识点，是对之前所学内容的复习和归纳，新知识就是让孩子学会利用本节课所学的知识点进行书包以及延伸到其他物品性质的介绍。

三、教学目标

1、语言技能

全体学生能够运用所学知识简单谈论事物的性质。

2、语言知识

（1）全体学生能理解单词：how much… ? light, sales assistant, carry, pound.

部分学生能运用单词：

how much… ? sales assistant, carry, pound.

（2）全体学生能够运用句型：Your bag is broken./ This black bag is nice. It’s big. / Look at this green one. It’s light.

3、情感态度

乐于感知并积极尝试使用英语。

4、学习策略

教师要充分利用多种活动方式，帮助学生对所学内容进行复习和归纳。

5、文化意识

鼓励学生在学习和日常交际中，进一步注意到中外文化异同。

PPT课件，CD-ROM。

六、教学过程

（一）热身导入Warm-up and lead in（3分钟）

1. Free talk. T: Hello, boys and girls! Look at this, it is my bag, it’s black, and it’s small . how about your bags?

S: this is my bag. ......

2. Lead in.

T: our old friend, the little six also wants to buy a bag. Let’s watch the video about him.

T: （播放完）the little six likes the black one , do you still remember how much is the black one? (教授how much,顺带解释how many) 【设计意图】以旧代新，让学生通过简单谈论自己的包包，能够复一些常用形容词，同时自然地过渡到今天教材的第一部分内容，通过问题的形式，完成学习。

（二）任务呈现Task presentation（1分钟）

T: Now the little six has got a bag, yes? And Lingling has got a bag, too. but there is something wrong with her bag. So she bought a new one. Today let’s learn M5U1, then let’s talk about our own belongings. Ok?

【设计意图】通过谈话，过渡到今天谈论包包及其他物品的话题上，让学生没有突兀的感觉，自然地接受新知识的学习。

（三）课文学习Text learning（

10 分钟）

1. Listen and answer。

T: Listen to the CD—ROM and answer the question: what’s the matter with Lingling’s bag? S: her bag is broken.

T: yeah, Ms Smart says “your bag is broken .” (学习标题句) 2. Repeat and fill in the blanks. T: Let’s read the dialogue after the CD—ROM and fill in the blanks.

T 出示ppt 表格，生跟读填表

S: Read the dialogue and find the answers in groups .（小组讨论）

3. Read and learn. 学习新单词light。

T: Let’s look at this word “light.”, (教授light) Can you read other words like this?

S: read fight, hight, might, night, right, tight,

T introduces pounds, dollars, and yuan.

4. Read and act. S: Read the dialogue and act it out.（小组完成）

【设计意图】教师设计了由易到难的课文学习环节，先是整体感知课文，学习本课标题句。然后分别对三种包包的特点进行学习，条理清楚，同时也要吃透新单词light，教师利用自然拼读法的方式讲授新单词light,同时引出四个单词fight，hight，

might，

night，

right，

让学生利用此规则进行拼读。

（四）训练巩固

Practice（10分钟）

1. fill in the blanks.

Then read (各种形式记忆) 2. talk about the bags. T: This time, can you describe these three bags？

Ss try to talk about them. （板书帮助）

【设计意图】教师将本课的重点句型分为两个梯度进行练习，第一个梯度是填空，第二个梯度是复述，学生可以进一步巩固本课重点句型。

（五）任务完成

Task completion（10分钟）

T: children , we have talked about bags, how about our other things? What are they like? Now let’s

do a survey in our class about the things we have, then try to introduce them , can you? 先和一个学生做好示范

2. 以为儿子买生日礼物为契机，请学生帮忙选择一个电脑，给老师一些建议。

（六）小结与布置作业

Summary and homework（1分钟）

1. Summary. 复习与总结介绍物品特性的形容词。

2. Homework. 必做:

(1) Module 5 Unit 1单词英汉5遍。

(2) 目标语句每句两遍。

(3) 熟读Module 5 Unit 1。
