教材分析

本课为外研版《英语》（新标准）（三年级起点）五年级下册M8U2 Mum bought new T-shirts for you. 本单元的话题是谈论过去发生的事情。本单元的课文情境是Daming 收到朋友的来信。Simon在信中说，再过三周全家就要和Daming见面了，Simon 的爸爸要在Simon 的房间里加一张床；Simon 的妈妈给Daming 买了新的T恤衫；Simon 的爸爸读了一本关于中国历史的书，他有一些问题要请教Daming; 他们还为Daming 借了一辆自行车。最后Simon 还在信中提醒Daming别忘记带几张中国歌曲的CD,他们在晚上可以一起欣赏中国歌曲。本单元的重点是复习和巩固一般过去时的用法，谈论过去发生的事情。

学情分析

本单元继续巩固学习一般过去时态的用法，要求学生能运用已学语言谈论过去发生的事情，并给自己的好朋友写一封信。这节在词汇方面没有难度，但谈论过去发生事情的语言结构以及与现在进行时态和一般将来时态的对比使用有一定的难度。

（一）复习导入Warm-up and lead-in（ 4分钟）

1.Feel the whole situation and learn a target sentence.

T：last class, we know Daming received two letters. One is from Lingling and another one is from Simon. Today we’ll learn the second letter. Let’s listen to the radio and underline the sentences which contain “be going to”.
