1、开始上课和复习Class opening and review 2、问候Greeting：

T:Hello! Boys and girls ,How are you? S:Fine,thank you! And you?

T:I’m fine ,too. I’m very happy .

3、课文导入Lesson hook：

T: The weather is warm now , We are in April .How many months in a year ?

4、New concepts：

1）

Months of the year T:How many months in a year?：强调month并板书，解释含义，领读几遍。

课件出示12个月份图片及单词，These a re the twelve months of the year. Can you say them out? Let’s learn together! 将12月份与每个月份的醒目节日联系起来，逐一月份进行教学，在教授单词的过程中，采用大小声的游戏进行趣味练习。

2）What’s your favourite month? My favourite month is…?对话练习，更好的运用月份，将月份带入生活。

3）课件出示月份的缩写，让同学自己去发现，每个月份缩写的不同。

December Dec. 同学做学习的主人，总结月份的缩写规律：

缩写式一般是月份的前三个字母，右下角加一个圆点；9月是四个字母；5月没有缩写。

4）When is your birthday ? My birthday is in…? 对话练习，对12个月份进行巩固练习，增强学生说英语的信心。

5.Let’s sing! Twelve Months

播放录音，学生听完整首歌，再把歌词写在PPT上，逐词朗读，再跟唱。

6. Let’s do it!

Ask and answer: Whose birthday is in… ?

7.Homework: Task1:Listen to the tape and read after the tape. Task2:Make a survy about your family’s birtherday and then share it with your classmates.
