教学过程：

Step1.Greetings

1、当学生进入教室时向他们问好。

唱“Let’s take a picture，you and me.”这首歌。

2、复习所学的内容。

We know Jenny ,Danny and Liming arrive in Beijing. The first day, they go to Tian’anmen Square.What happens to Danny? 学生回答。

The second day, they go to the Great Wall.What happens to Danny? 学生回答。

Step2.Presentation

1、看图片，提问What’ this? 学生回答。

Today they will go to the Great Wall. What do you know about the Great Wall? 学生回答。But how old is the Great Wall? How long is the Great Wall? Do you know? 2、On the Great Wall a、Listen and answer the questions. 播放课文第一部分内容，学生听两遍，讨论并回答问题。

教学反思

Lesson 10 The Great Wall是完成听、说、读、写综合训练的载体，本篇课文主要讲述了我国的万里长城，涉及了它的地理位置、历史、文化、现状，能唤起学生的民族自豪感，激发他们的爱国热情。分为两课时，本课仅从语篇上分析阅读课文。

通过教学，帮助学生理解并掌握重点单词和句子；要求学生对课文进行较好的理解，了解万里长城的地理、历史、文化等方面的知识。

让学生通过对万里长城的了解，培养文化意识，使学生认识到我们中华民族是伟大的民族，是勤劳智慧的民族，从而激发学生的爱国热情，增强他们的民族自豪感。同时对学生进行安全教育，提高他们的核心素养。

本课不足：利用的教具不够充分，在学生对话过程中，应该鼓励学生走上讲台，说英语时，学生们的家乡味比较浓厚，感情不够丰富，不能有长调现象。以后多为学生创设情境，让他们参与进来，不只是

学会知识，更重要的是懂得运用知识。
