Step 1 Lead in 1.

To raise the students’ interest by four amazing pictures. Try to make the students familiar with some words and structures. 2.

Free talk. Encourage students to talk about more amazing things.. Step 2 Presentation (part A) 1.

Present some new sentences about fun facts. 2. Match the pictures with the sentences. 3. Practise reading the sentences by yourselves. (part B) 1. Listen to the tape ,answer the question: 2.

Listen to the conversation again. Try to repeat the sentences. 3.

Make your own dialogue with the facts in Part A and the words in Part B ,then present it in class. Step 3 Comic strip 1.

Ask students to answer a question by listening. What’s the amazing thing in the dialogue?

Encourage them to act the dialogue out after practicing in pairs.
