Step 1 Lead in

Talk about the New Year’s Day holiday using the Free talk in fact. following questions.

Did you have fun during New Year’s Day holiday?

How did you spend your holiday?

Where did you go ?

Did you go to some places of interest（名胜）?

Ss read and find What other places of interest（名胜）do you know? what the Ss say.

Step 2 Presentation

1. Show some famous places of interest around the

world, such as Mount Fuji, White House. Talk Ask and answer about these places of interest with some questions.
