C教学设计(第二课时)

教学内容分析:

本课时紧紧围绕pep人教版五年级英语上册unit 4 what can you do? part a let’s learn 中关于做家务的五个动词短语展开教学,其内容与学生的日常生活密切相连,用动作表演的形式组织教学,进行语言交流,能让学生体会到做家务的乐趣,并从中感知语言,习得语言。

教学设计思路:

本课时根据学生的年龄特点,以“全部动作反应法”(total physical response)为教学思路,通过让学生在做中学、在唱中学、在玩中学的方式,充分调动学生的学习积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣;同时在教学中充分利用自制词卡,呈现出五个动词短语的手写体形式,让学生仿写,为培养学生的书写能力打下坚实基础。

教学目标:

通过学习有关家务的五个动词词组cook the meals, water the flowers, sweep the floor, clean the bedroom, empty the trash 和i’m helpful. i can 句型,培养学生讲究卫生、热爱劳动的好习惯。

教学重、难点:

1、重点:五个有关家务的动词词组

2、难点:正确书写cook the meals, water the flowers, sweep the floor, clean the bedroom四个短语以及运用句型“i can….”进行表述。

教学准备:

动作卡片、单词卡、实物教具

教学过程:

step1. warm-up

播放四年级上册第一单元a部分let’s do 的录音,学生边说边做动作。

(设计意图:听录音,做动作,让学生轻松进入英语学习状态。) step2. preview

1) greetings

t: hello! nice to meet you.

s: nice to meet you, too.

t: what’s your name?

s: my name is ….

t: how are you?

s: i’m fine, thank you. and you?

t:i’m fine. thank you.

(问候方式:全体、个别、分组。通过分组问候,将学生分成五个大组,便于开展课堂活动。)

2)日常会话复习旧知识

t: now, please look at our classroom. then tell me: how many doors can you see?

s: i can see two.

t: what can you see?

s: i can see some books.

(设计意图:就教室里的物体提问,让学生复习i can 句型,为引入新课做铺垫。)

step3. presentation

1.以实物引入新课题。

课前将几束花放在讲台上,就教室里的物体提问时,复习旧词汇flowers, 同时做出water the flowers的动作,教授新短语,板书课题,再以动作形式教授短语clean the bedroom 。

t: look! this is a teacher’s desk. what can you see on the desk? s: i can see some flowers.

t: how many flowers can you see?

t&s: one, two, three, four…eleven flowers.

t:(动作表演)i can water the flowers. what can you do? (板书课题unit 4 what can you do?同时粘贴词卡,教读,拼读,临空仿写单词)

t:i’m helpful. i can clean the desk.

i’m helpful. i can clean the window. what can you do? can you clean the bedroom? (抽出词卡clean the bedroom引导学生回答) s: yes, i’m helpful. i can clean the bedroom.

(设计意图:以实物作为教具引入课题,教授新知识,直观而生动,

加之动作的表演,学生易于模仿学习,易于接受新知识。)

2. 以简笔画的形式教学后三个短语:cook the meals, sweep the floor, empty the trash。教师在黑板上画上一个锅、一把扫帚和一个垃圾桶,然后一边提问一边做动作,让学生猜短语,表扬猜对的学生,然后请学生将准备好的单词卡贴到相应的简笔画旁。

t:please look at the pictures. what can i do ?can you guess? (设计意图:借助简笔画增强课堂教学的趣味性,培养学生仔细观察,积极思考的学习习惯。)

3. 出示动作卡片,动作表演操练短语及句型i’m helpful. i can sweep the floor.

4. 小组活动自编chant :全班共分为五个大组,每组各抽一张动作卡片,用句型表述出来,通过接龙完成歌谣,问句由教师给出: t: what can you do ? what can you do?

g1: i’m helpful. i’m helpful. i can water the flowers.

g2: i’m helpful. i’m helpful. i can clean the bedroom. g3: i’m helpful. i’m helpful. i can cook the meals.

g4: i’m helpful. i’m helpful. i can sweep the floor.

g5: i’m helpful. i’m helpful. i can empty the trash.

s: yeah!

step4. games

1、请每组请一名学生到黑板前听短语指图片,教师发指令,学生做动作。

2、simon says游戏,要求每组请一位同学参加,规则为:老师说“simon says,sweep the floor.”时,学生做动作。老师说“sweep the floor”时,学生停止做动作。老师用此方法发出不同的指令,学生听指令做动作,做错的同学自然淘汰,最后留下的一名学生为获胜者。

step5. consolidation and extension

1、让学生抄写短语cook the meals, water the flowers, sweep the floor, clean the bedroom.

2、让学生每天在家中做适量的家务,并用英语表述出来,使他们养成爱劳动的好习惯。
