UNIT9

IS THIS A CAR?

一、教学依据

义务教育课标准试验教科书，英语(供三年级起始用)，三年级上册第五单元，第9课Unit9的拓展课程。

二、设计思想

对于本课文的教学设计，本人安排课文先总体地呈现，让小朋友对内容有所了解，带着对话题的兴趣去学习。并让小朋友先学习课文的重点单词和句型的教学，一边玩游戏一边学习单词，小朋友记忆得快，为课文教学排除阅读障碍。小学3年级的小朋友喜欢模仿性的学习，让小朋友表演课文中的对话更是本节课的一个高潮。在这节课的设计里，本人还加了一个形成性的评价表格，并在课堂教学中体现了小组评价和老师评价，下课后还有一个小朋友的自我评价，通过形成性的评价课堂，不断鼓励和增强小朋友的学习积极性和自信心。

三、教学目标

（一）语言知识目标

四会单词：car, bike, bus 三会单词：spaceship, motorbike, alien. 四会句子: “Is this/ that…? ”

-“Yes, it is a …. /Yes, it is. ”

- “No, It isn’t a…. / No,

it isn’t. ”

（二）学习策略目标

1．引导学生联系记忆相关知识；

2．通过游戏帮助自己记忆四会和三会单词；

3．组织学生积极参评价自己和他人，形成自我督促的良好的学习习惯，从而增强学习的自信心。

（三）情感态度目标

1．乐于模仿，敢于开口说英语，积极参与课堂活动。

2．从游戏中学习，从学习中增强自信心。

四、教学重点

更多的语言输入，听懂和猜到内容，包括单词和句子的输入。

五、教学难点

能学会课文对话中的四会和三会单词：car, bike, bus，spaceship, motorbike, alien. 四会句子: “Is this/ that…? ”

- “No, It isn’t a…. / No,

it isn’t. ”

六、教学准备

1．借助多媒体幻灯片呈现新知识，创设情景，让学生理解语言。

2．设计游戏帮助学生记忆四会和三会单词。

3．设计活动让学生回忆学过的知识。

5．制作头饰让学生佩戴着表演。

七、教学过程

TEACHER 一、Warming up 1.Let’s Read the Poem . Is this a bus?

Yes, it is. Is this a bike?

小朋友们读得真好，我们今天要学习的课文正是和这首小诗有关，你们能猜猜我们今天要学习的课文的内容是关于什么的？

2.Tell the aim. 出示课题，简单说说对话其中的内容，但是不讲最后的结局。

3. Watch the text from the media.

用动画播放课文全部的内容。

二、Let’s learn 1. Learn the words with the sentences: Is this/ that…? -Yes, it is a ….

- No, It isn’t a…. 1)“car” and “bus”

Shows the picture, and ask. 2)“bike” and “motorbike”

Shows the picture and read the words. 3)“alien” and “spaceship”

在学习单词读音时，老师不断地用新句子来提问和引导学生正确地回答。注重每个单词的发音规律的指导，和以个人，小组和

全班的形式进行拼读的练习。并适当地加以评价。

2．Game:Let’s read the correct words. 规则是：老师说一个单词，小朋友按节奏多次读这个单词，老师指着黑板上的单词，一直到点到小朋友读的那个单词，学生就要站起来，并且不能发出声音。

3.(ppt) Asks: “Is this/that a …?”

-Yes, it is a …. - No, It isn’t a…. 老师要告诉小朋友问句和答句的中文意思。

三、Sum-up 1. Read the words. 2. Read the sentences.

STUDENTS 一、Warming up 1.Let’s Read the Poem .

在这首小诗里，包含了本节课的重难点，在小朋友第一次读的时候，老师先带读，让小朋友有一个感性的接触。并从中激发学习的兴趣。

2. Understand the aim. 引起学习兴趣。

3. Watch the text from the media.

观看课文的内容，对课文有初步的感性认知。

二、Let’s learn 1.Listen and learn the sentences together. And think about the way to remember the words. 1) Look at the picture and guess what’s in it, and then spell the new words. ( car, bus) 2) Learn the words, and find out the differences.(bike, motorbike) 3) Learn the word: The alien is in the spaceship 回答老师提问的同时也要动动脑筋，猜猜老师提问什么？认真听别的同学是怎样回答的，并勇敢的尝试。

2．Game:Let’s read the correct words. 在这个游戏中，可以让小朋友在无意的反复读单词游戏中记忆到每个单词的发音。

3.Learn: Is this/that a …?

在刚才学习单词时已经有多次的听和读的输入，小朋友还需要明白中文意思。

四、Act the Dialogue 1.Read the text

播放教学软件。

2.Watch the PPT and repeat the dialogue.

用图片来辅助小朋友记忆课文内容。

3.Let’s act. 1）Work in groups. 2) Check out. 每一幅图请一组小朋友来表演。鼓励小朋友表演的同时也要进行小组的评价，除了出来表演的4人小组外，其他在座位上表演的小组也要进行评价,并且要注意小朋友的发音，要及时纠正。所以当4人小组活动时，老师要在课室里巡视并给予帮助。

根据课文的对话，老师重新安排一个小对话，让学生填空，发挥学生的想象力和培养创造性。

四、Act the Dialogue

观看教学软件并跟读课文对话。

2.Watch the PPT and repeat the dialogue.

通过看图片来记忆课文的对话内容。

3.Let’s act. 1）Work in groups. 2) Check out.

通过小组的表演，互相学习，取长补短。

五、Practice Do the Ex. and chick out. 六、Let’s try 1. Retell the story. 2. Make a dialogue in pairs.

根据课文的对话，小朋友小组讨论口头填空，要求合乎逻辑，掌握语言的运用，发挥想象力和培养创造性。

九、Blackboard design:

八、教学反思

在本节课里，主要是针对解决学生记忆单词难的问题，本人编排了一个游戏，并用实践证明，在游戏中学单词有助于提高学生的记忆能力。但是，选用的游戏一定要是比较容易控制时间的游戏，要不然光是单词的巩固一部分就会花掉很多的时间。在本人的多次尝试中得出经验，游戏不能用作呈现新单词的手段，这样就没有了游戏的规则，总不能让学生认为一直在操练单词，感觉不是在玩游戏。另外，参考各类型的游戏也好，

自己编游戏也好，一定要有个名字，规则和奖惩的制度，公平的游戏才受学生的欢迎。
