本节课从我自身认为取得了较好的教学效果，学生在轻松愉悦的课堂氛围中进行学习，能激发学生学习英语的兴趣。

本次各种阅读策略贯穿于整个课堂，而且学生求知欲，表现欲强，善于模仿乐于参加。在最后加入关于长城的谚语对于学生来说提高了学习兴趣。

本节课尊重学生的情感，营造一种愉悦、宽松、平等、合作的课堂氛围,鼓励学生勇于尝试，用口头和书面两种方式从不同的角度展示学生的学习收获，让不同层次的学生从不同角度体验到英语学习成功的喜悦，同时引导学生良好的文明行为习惯。
