Step 1: Warming-up. Let’s sing a song. We wish you a merry Christmas.

Step 2: Presentation and Practice.

Talk about Christmas. (2)

Ask the students to listen to the dialogue, answer the questions. a. What present is for Nick? b. What present is for Bess？

(3) Ask the students to listen to the dialogue again, answer the question. Where are the presents? (4) Listen and repeat. (5) Read. (6) Act. (7) Do exercises. Step 3: Production. Ask the students to make a new dialogue in groups. Then ask some groups to act. Step 4: Homework.
