Unit6 Happy Birthday Part C

教学目标:

1.能听、说、读、写Uu、Vv、Ww、Xx、Yy、Zz六个字母。

2. 能听、说、读、写字母Uu、Vv、Ww、Xx、Yy、Zz开头的例词umbrella, under; vet, vest; wet, water; fox, box; yellow, yo-yo; zoo, Zip。3. 了解这六个字母在单词中的发音。

教学重点:

1.学习英文字母Uu、Vv、Ww、Xx、Yy、Zz,能够听说读写。

2.能听懂会说例词umbrella, under; vet, vest; wet, water; fox, box; yellow, yo-yo; zoo, Zip。

教学难点:

1.大写U, Y, 小写x, y的笔顺,小写y的书写格式;u, v的区分。

2.印刷体与手写体的区分。

3.umbrella的发音强调;vet, wet的发音不同;fox, box的发音。教学准备:

1. 教师准备Uu、Vv、Ww、Xx、Yy、Zz六个字母大小写卡片。

2. 教师准备Letters and sounds的录音。

3. 教师准备字母代表单词的图片与单词卡。

4. 教师准备所有26个字母的卡片。

教学过程:

一、热身/复习

(Warm-up/Revision)

1. 师生做日常口语练习:

T: Good afternoon,class. Ss: Good afternoon.

T: Nice to meet you! Ss: Nice to meet you, too. T: Today I’m you new English teacher, are you happy? 2. Let’s count together from 1 to 10.

二、新课展示(Presentation)

1. Let’s enjoy the song : ABC Song

(1)Take out the letters, the students read them.

(2)Listen and show.

Listen to the teacher and show the letters.

(3)Look at the Letter Man carefully ,let’s find the letters.

2. Teach the letters:

(1)Take out the letter Uu,teach the pronunciation of the letter itself.

(2)What’s the big letter U like? What’s the small letter u like? 大U陷阱在下方,小u将n倒着放.

(3)How to write the letter Uu? The teacher writes the letter Uu on the board. Ss watch carefully.

(4)Show the figer and write the letter Uu.

(5)Ss write the letter Uu on the exercises. Write one time.

(6)Teach the letters :Vv、Ww、Xx、Yy、Zz.

字母口诀:大V竖起两手指,小v长个尖下巴;大W像M朝天躺,小w将v凑成双;大X像叉画本上,小x剪刀裁衣忙;大Y 弹弓没皮筋,小y比v多尾巴;大Z和2很相像,小z呼噜声最响. (7) Play a game: What do you see?

让一个同学从盒子里抽一张字母卡片,大家一起问他:Mike, Mike ,what do you see?这个同学根据抽到的字母卡片大声回答: I see letter u…并将字母贴在黑板上。

(8) Let’s listen, repeat and chant.

3.Teach the sound of the letters in the words.

(1)Take out the words : umbrella, under. Read the words after the teacher.

(2)T:The first the letter is letter U ,its pronunciation is / ʌ /, / ʌ /

(3)Read after the teacher: / ʌ / / ʌ /,umbrella, / ʌ / / ʌ/,under. The rabbit is under the umbrella.

(4)Teach the pronunciation of the letters Vv、Ww、Xx、Yy、Zz in the words.

/ v / / v / ,vet, / v / / v /,vest. The vet is in a vest. / w / / w /,wet, / w / / w /,water. The dress gets out of the water, it’s wet.

/ ks / / ks /,fox, / ks / / ks /,box. The fox is in the box. / j / / j /,yellow, / j / / j /,yo-yo. I have a yellow yo-yo. / z / / z /,Zip, / z / / z /,zoo. Zip is at the zoo.

3. Let’s watch the video and repeat.

4.Turn to Page 60. Listen and circle. Check the answers.

5.Look at the words, can you read them? Try to read the words. 三、趣味游戏(Let’s play)

游戏1:小组比赛Whisper the letters

教师悄悄告诉每组的第一个同学一个字母,然后一个一个耳语往下传,最后一个同学快速跑到黑板前找到相应的字母并大声念出来。游戏2:看谁拿得快Who is faster?

教师将字母Uu、Vv、Ww、Xx、Yy、Zz的大小写字母打乱顺序分别贴在黑板上,然后请两个学生出列。教师报一个字母,让学生快速地跑近黑板,将该字母的大写与小写分别取下。先拿到正确的大小写字母卡的小组获胜。

游戏3:火眼金睛Sharp eyes

看谁能找到图中隐藏的英文字母。

四、扩展性活动(Add-activities)

Enjoy the pictures of the letters in our life. English is everywhere, we love English.

五、作业(Homework)

* 听录音,跟读字母和单词。工整书写Uu、Vv、Ww、Xx、Yy、Zz六

个字母。

** 留意观察我们身边的英语字母,大声读出来。

*** 通过查资料,咨询他人等方式在书本上添加更多含有今天所学字母的单词。
