教学准备：PPT, some cards and a tape-recorder.

Step 1. Revision 1. To review some greetings: Hello! Hi! How are you? 2. To review some words: desk, chair, bed, home, bedroom, and computer. 【设计意图】：通过课前的热身活动，调整先生的思维，让他们快速地融入英语课中来，调动学习爱好，为本课教学创造积极条件，也为新课的教学做好铺垫。

Step 2. Knowledge and drills 1. To learn to say the sentences: There’s a…. 2. To learn to say the dialogue. Let the students listen to the tape recorder with their books closed. Then listen to the dialogue two times with their books open. Read after the tape recorder. Try to say this dialogue fluently. 3. To learn to say the four words and to grasp the two words: home, bed, bedroom, computer, desk chair Step 3. Comprehension The students practice the dialogue in pairs and recite the new words in groups.

Check pronunciation as the teacher walk around the classroom, listening, modeling and praising pairs. Ask several students to model the dialogue for the class. Step 4. Application
