Narrator: Kitty had a new friend. His name was Chris.

Kitty: Hello, everyone. Nice to meet you again. Today I want to introduce my friend to you. His name is Chris.

Chris: Hello! I’m Chris. I’m from Mars. I live in a quiet place.

Narrator: Kitty and Chris walked on the road.

Chris: Kitty, I hear many noises. What are they? They are too loud.

Kitty: They are buses, cars and motorbikes.

Narrator: Kitty and Chris walked in the street. Chris was hungry. So Kitty went to buy some food for him.

Chris: Kitty! Kitty! I see a vehicle. It can make a big noise. It is big. It has four or six wheels. It is a large vehicle (交通工具）for carrying heavy goods. It’s noisy. You can see it at the building site.

Kitty: Maybe it’s a lorry I think.

Chris: Your city is too loud. I want to find a quiet place.

Kitty: You can go to the library to read good books there.
