Content 5B M2 U1 Food and drinks Students Period 1 Healthy Breakfast 一、教学目标：

1、

能准确理解、掌握pork, beef, tomatoes, potatoes, cabbage等关于食物的词汇。

2、

通过文本阅读，能用一般过去时态What did … have for …? … had …

句式表述文本中每个人物吃了什么早餐。通过对话的演绎操练新句新词。

3、

引导学生通过听文本和看表格来对每个人物的早餐做出健康饮食的正确判断，同时能运用You should / shouldn’t …

的句型给他人的饮食提出正确建议。

4、通过图文配对、文本角色对话、朗读等方式，初步感知健康饮食的重要性，并能通过给他人饮食提建议的方式向他人宣传每天要有健康合理的早餐。

二、目标制定依据

1、教材分析

本单元是牛津教材5BModule2Unit1的教学内容，单元教学主题为Food and drinks。在分析单元教学内容后，将本单元划分为三个课时，并制定了三个小话题，Period1 Healthy Breakfast , Period2 A healthy life,

Period3 Story Time Jim and Mat。本课为本单元的第一课时，教材本身的内容已经比较丰富了，因此我只是在原对话文本的基础上把三个人物的饮食内容进行再构扩充，使语言更饱满。学习新知的同时巩固一般过去时态的…did…

… had…的理解操练和运用。同时通过对Miss Fang讲述哪个小朋友的饮食是最健康的文本图文并茂的聆听、分析和讨论，使学生初步感知正确合理早餐的重要性。

2、学生分析

1）语言积累

学生通过近五年的英语学习，对食品类的词汇已掌握不少，对食品的分类也很清晰，因此本课时在补充教授食物类词汇的同时，帮助学生学会用一般过去时态向他人询问各餐吃了什么。而一般过去式did和had都在之前的单元中学习过，因此，本单元的重点是操练含有这两个动词的一般过去时态的新句型，同时能初步感知健康饮食习惯。并能运用You should/shouldn’t …

等句型为他人的饮食习惯提出正确的建议，形成语段，综合输出。在学习过程中运用视听、阅读、质疑、分析、判断和小组活动等方法激发学生的求知欲，学习新词，巩固句型、提升语用。

2）学习能力

本班学生对英语学习兴趣浓厚，语言表述较为清晰，对课堂上遇到的问题能进行质疑，乐于求知，善于学习，但是课堂上学生的操练面还不够广，因此，通过最后同桌对子活动，让所有学生共同参与学习，帮助提高语言表达的准确度。

Alice:

Morning, Danny. What did you have for breakfast? Danny:

You know I’m a meat person. Pork and beef are my favourites. So I had a beef burger and a pork burger. They were yummy. I also had French fries and a cola. Alice:

That doesn’t sound healthy. You shouldn’t eat too much. What did you have, Jill?

Jill:

I wasn’t very hungry this morning. So I just had some vegetable salad. There were some tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, cabbages and beans in it. But I’m a little hungry now. Alice: That’s not healthy either. You see, breakfast is very important. We should eat breakfast every morning.

Jill:

What did you have for breakfast, Alice? Alice: I had some bread with a piece of ham, an egg, a glass of milk and an apple. That’s my favourite breakfast. An apple a day keeps the doctor away!

Miss Fang:

Alice has a very healthy diet. She had some bread with a piece of ham. The bread, rice or noodles make us full and energetic(精力充沛的). We should eat them for each meal. She also had an egg for breakfast. Meat and Eggs give us protein(蛋白质). We can also get protein from fish and nuts. She had a glass of milk too. Milk, yogurt and cheese all give us protein. Why Alice have an apple? That’s because our body needs vitamins from vegetables and fruit. It’s good to eat an apple in the morning. So healthy breakfast is very important for everyone. Don’t forget it! We do need to eat some sweets or chocolates, but not too much. Too much fat is bad for our health. 5
