1、学习材料分析(课程标准、学习材料的特点、重难点、先前教学经验反思等)
本节课的教学主题是In the zoo, 通过学习一些动物园动物的单词来描述自己喜欢的动物,并且能够结合旧知与同伴进行对话。
本单元通过动物园及马戏团场景引导学生学习相关的语言知识,如动物类单词bear, tiger, monkey和panda及句型Is this/ that …?等,同时回顾复习前一单元的句型What’s this/ that?并在此基础上能对所学动物进行简单的描述。由简入深,使得句型的学习不突兀。另外,本单元的Listen and enjoy栏目让学生初步感知There be句型,也使英语学习变得有趣,为今后进一步学习打好基础。

2、学生情况分析(学生认知基础、学习能力、习惯、学习兴趣及差异状况等)
本班共有学生45人,他们的听说能力比较强,但对于单词和句子的认读方面比较欠缺。因此,在新授单词的时候我着重他们的拼读能力,动物类单词能够让他们边模仿动物的模样边朗读单词,通过自己的模仿加深他们对单词的掌握程度。
