S1: I played basketball with my sister at weekends. S2: I played basketball with my brothers. T: well done. These two sentences they shared with us are two activities that had been taken placed, right? That is simple past tense. 2.

e.g. I was very happy yesterday. 否定句：主语+ was/were+not +其他（表语）。

e.g. We weren't late yesterday. 一般疑问句：Was/Were+ 主语+表语+其他？

行为动词的一般过去时：

基本结构：主语+动词过去式+其他。

e.g. I went shopping with Amy just now. 否定形式：主语+didn't +动词原形+其他。

e.g. I didn't go shopping with Amy just now. 一般疑问句：Did + 主语+ 动词原形+其他？

e.g. Did you go shopping with Amy just now?
