一、教学目标

通过教学，引导学生学会用英文表达自己对各门学科的看法并且阐述原因，能较熟练地描述自己的课程表。

二、教学过程

Step One：Lead in 1. Greet with the students by using “Good morning, boys and girls.”

2．Show the students some books and revise the words of subjects by asking questions. T: Look at this book. What book is it? S: It’s an English book. T: Do you like English? S: Yes, I do. It’s my favorite subject. T: Why do you like English?

T: Because it is interesting. Then point out the other books and ask similar questions. 利用多媒体，展示一些图片，让学生讨论自己喜欢的学科是什么，并且给出原因。

根据这样的对话，达到了复习学科单词和一些形容词的目的，把学生的回答排列在黑板上：

A: What’s your favorite subject? B: My favorite subject is art. A: Why do you like art? B: Because it is relaxing. A: Who is your art teacher? B: My art teacher is Mr. Li. Words: Chinese, math, English, music, art, computer, P.E., geography, history,(biology, politics) Adjectives: boring, difficult, busy, free, interesting, cool, relaxing, fun 3. Finish 1a, match the words on the left with their opposites on the right. Check the answers. 4. Learn the new words from “Sunday”to “Monday”. Then add one more questions. A: When is your art class? Step Three: Discussion Ask students to do a survey. Interview three classmates what their favorite subjects are, why, who teaches the subject and when do they have the subject.

这是一个巩固性的活动，要求学生能运用目标语言在生活中进行真实的交际。

Step Four：Introduce your opinion(have a report) 通过讨论，各小组根据自己所获得的信息，然后充分运用所学语言，向全班作汇报。

For example: Jim’s favorite subject is music.

He likes music because it is relaxing. His music teacher is Ms. Zou. He has music on Monday. Step Five: Relax time: Listen to a song-<> Step Six: Homework 1.Write a short passage, introduce your favorite subject, why you like it, when do you have it, and who teaches you the subject.

课后反思：

本单元的教学内容较多，而且非常生活化，所以针对不同的内容设计了不同的任务活动。通过课堂的试验，证实了这些任务的可行性，并达到了意想不到的效果。

1．在导入新知识时，通过复习旧的句型很自然、顺利的进入目标句型的教学。

2．调查任务是模拟真实交际场景，允许学生在课堂上自由走动去调查同学，学生为达成这一任务，就必须大胆提问，而且也迫使学生养成良好的运用英语的习惯。

3. 汇报活动是对调查活动的效果的检验，也是锻炼学生口语能力与胆量的最佳时机，有了之前多次操练的基础，绝大部分同学能积极主动地完成这项任务。

本节课的不足之处：由于在学生提问的环节上学生的自主性强，这样胆子大的，英语好的学生就表现突出，获得的锻炼就相对应多；对于英语表达能力差的学生，老师照顾不够，得到的锻炼相对少。所以在以后的教学中还应不断的探索，寻求更大的突破；另外，在汇报前，应该给时间让学生整合调查内容，并且先叫优生作好示范。
