教学过程：

T：Class，let’s review lesson 8 first. Now , I speak the cardinal numbers and you speak the ordinal numbers. For example, I say “one”, you say “first”. Clear?

Ss: 元旦。

T: Yes, 元旦。We call it “New Year’s Day”. Ok, follow me.教师带领学生朗读几遍，然后找几个学生读出来。

T: When is New Year’s Day/When is it?

Ss:1月1日/January the first.

T: So we can say “January the first is New Year’s Day.”

教师出示句子，领学生朗读，重点是节日的英语读法。

以下五幅图都按上述步骤讲述。

教师给学生讲解第二部分。How to make the posters? 然后给学生时间让他们联系自己的生日或节日的问答。之后给学生时间让学生展示给大家。卡片自己制作（留作家庭作业，下次课前让几组学生来说）
