四年级学生通过一年多的英语学习，在听说读写方面已经具备了一定的知识和语言技能，能够进行简单的语言交流。他们活泼好动，表现欲望强烈，同时我校四年级是大班容量，人数超过70。因此，我在设计教学活动时，努力为学生创造展示自己的机会并且尽可能的提升学生在课堂上的参与率，同时选择一些趣味性强的活动，贴近学生的生活，符合学生的认知规律和心理特征。

七、教材分析：

本课的学习内容是冀教版小学英语四年级下册Lesson16: How Do You Go to school? 通过本课学习，要求学生掌握词汇：foot, by. 学生能够熟练运用：

How do you go to school? I go to school______. 进行有关交通方式的话题交际。让学生

通过合作学习，操练单词和句型，进行对话练习。最后在教师的引导下，能够融合以前学习的内容进行简单的自我信息介绍，初步培养学生的语言运用能力和集中性思维。

六、Teaching steps：

(一)Class opening and review

T: Hello, boys and girls.

S: Hello, Miss, Li.

T: How are you ?

S: I’m fine, thanks . And you?

T: I’m fine ,too. Nice to meet you !

S: Nice to meet you , too.

T: Sit down, please. I like English chant very much. Do you like chant? At first, let’s listen to a chant. Okay ?

Who knows the chant is related to what?

S:(交通工具)

T: You are right. Today We’ll learn Lesson16: How Do You Go to school? 板书课题：Lesson16: How Do You Go to school? 领读课题。

(从听一听，猜一猜导入新课，用这种方式引起学生对新知的初步兴趣。从而抓住学生的注意力，顺利进入新课的学习。) （二）New concepts

Part1: Show the transportations with the ppt.

, then lead the students to review them and teach the new word: school bus.

（引导学生看图复习以前学过的交通工具，并迁移出新词校车：school bus,并能运用以前学过的内容与别人谈论这些图片。）

Part2: Show these words: near and far from. Then lead in the teaching key point: I go to school on foot. And help the students to understand the new word: so.

Explain the new points: on foot. (foot-feet) and walk .Tell them on foot means walk. （复习交通工具，从而引出远近与交通工具之间的联系，植入学生的思维，顺利理解so的含义。并对新知进行全方位的展示与训练，让学生更加深刻地理解其含义。）

Part3:Use the question: Do you walk to school? with some actions. In order to lead to the new knowledge: by bus , by car, by bike

(让学生通过看图了解交通方式的表达方法，建立初步的印象。并且渗透一些交通规则。)

Part4: Say a good new chant. Then show the dialogues: A: How do you go to school? B: I go to school ______.And practice this dialogues. (用chant展示重要的知识点，便于学生记忆，然后出示句型，操练重要的交际

语言) Part5: Listen to the tape with some questions. Check the answers together. （让学生带着问题，听录音，不但可以突出听的重点，并且可以训练学生的注意力集中和捕捉答案的能力。）

Part6: Explain the difficulty points in this content for the students. （再次用图片和汉语注解的方式，让学生明确本课的难点的真正含义。以达到成功突破它的目的。）

(三)Practice Read the context again. Then do some exercises on the paper. Then check the answers. （再读课文，然后做练习，用来检查学生的学习效果，以便及时反馈，再次强调学生有问题的点，以便全面突破学习过程中的盲点。）

(四)Consolidation Let’s say the chant again. （本课用此chant 开始，课堂小结时再回到这里，用来强调和巩固教学重点。学生会有一种熟悉的亲切感，掌握起来也会更容易。）

(五)Exercise for improvement Part1: Make more practice. Then introduce myself. Part2: Introduce Wang Hong. Part3: Ask the students to make a introduction like this and act it out. （先进行拓展性练习，而后教师进行自我介绍，从而将本课内容与本单元的训练项目挂钩，进一步达到学以致用的目的。再做一个贴近学生实际的例子，给学生一些时间准备，让他们也能作自我介绍，最后在展示出来。）

(六)Homework 1. Ask the students to find out other transportations after class. 2. Make a survey in your class about the style of your transportations. （作业是课堂的巩固与延续，让学生课下去搜集其他的交通方式，并且在下节课教给同学们，可以很好地维持学生的学习兴趣。在通过做调查的方式，让学生利用所学去沟通，可以很好的复习和巩固今天的学习内容。可以很好地与今天的学习内容联系起来，为学生的学以致用打下坚实的基础。）
