四、教学过程

Step 1 Warm-up and revision

Greeting to the students. 2.

Show students some pictures and ask students review the words of last class 3.

Game：let the students say the words out as soon as they can

Review the conversation: T: Can I help you? S: I need a big black hat? T: What about this one ? S: It is very nice.How much is the big black hat? T: It’s three dollars.

S: I’ll take it . 总结：售货员提供服务的表达法有以下几种

Can I help you? （回答：Yes, please. I need ……）

What can I do for you? （回答：I need / want……

）

Is there any thing I can do for you ? （回答：Yes, please. I need ……）

说明价格时：It is+价格

或者They are +价格

决定购买时说：I’ll take it / them / two.（回答：Here you are.）

或者They are +价格
