教材分析

《You can play football well》是《新标准英语》第五册第六模块第一单元。本模块要让学生了解和学习有关评价,肯定和鼓励的表达法,是对以前学过的关于能力的相关知识的拓展和延伸。本单元通过Lingling加入足球队一事,让学生学会简单的自我评价和肯定与鼓励他人,进一步学会表达I can…well,You can…well.另外,在本课学习并运用几个新的动词短语,control the ball catch the ball.

学情分析

五年级大部份学生以前学会了run fast jump high jump far play football play basketball play table-tennis等动词短语,由于长时间没有温故而新,部份学生已遗忘了,这给本课的学习带来一定的困难,需3—5分钟复习。我校学生没有踢足球的场地,但下周即将举行篮球赛,所以将Do you want to be in our football team?换成:Do you want to be in our basketball team?这样话题的选择更贴进学生的生活实际,学生的学习激情更高些。

教学目标

1.知识与技能目标(1)能听懂会说一些有关体育运动的动词短语。

(2)能熟练掌握句型:“Can you…?”询问他人擅长的运用,能根据自己实际回答“Yes,I can.”或“No,I can’t”回答提问.(3)能熟练运用句型:“I can…well,You can…well,... well ”描述自己和他人

擅长的运动。

2. 情感态度目标:能在讨论和交流个人擅长的运动和活动中激发学习兴趣,懂得培养兴趣爱好对增强自信心的重要性,理解与人相处要懂得取长补短的道理。

教学重点和难点

能灵活运用本课重点句型询问、描述自己和他人擅长的运动。

教学设计

Step1. Warm up(热身复习)
