How many students are there in your class？

Lesson 8 一、教学目标：

1．

知识目标：

1）学生可以听说读写四会单词：boy, girl 2）学生掌握新单词的听、说、读：thirty, forty

3）能够熟练掌握句型：

How many …

are there…?

There are…. 4）能够较流利地说出物体的数量，如:thirty-one, thirty-two …

2．能力目标：学生能正确说出物体的数量；能用英语询问及回答

人或物的数量。

二、学情分析

学生们活泼好动，要抓住学生兴趣，使学生们上课时能够专心听讲，能够积极主动的发言。但仍有部分学生接受比较慢，上课时需要采用不同方法吸引学生将重点知识不断巩固。

三、重点难点

教学重点：1、新单词的听、说、读的掌握。

2、学生能较流利地说出物体的数量。

3、学生能用英语询问及回答人或物的数量。

四、教具：单词卡片、实物、录音等. 五、教学过程

1、Greeting 2、Warm-up: Sing an English song “Ten little fingers”

3、Team match: There are two fish on the blackboard. One is team and

the other one is team 2. The winner will get the most bubbles.

4、Review: 1）Free talk（sentence review）:

T: What’s in your living room?

S: A sofa...

T: What’s on your desk?

S: A book...

T: How old are you?

S: I’m eleven....

2)

Word review:

Play a game“number chain”(每组同学数字接龙，复习上节课数字twenty....twenty-nine，最先完成的组获得一个鱼泡泡) 5.

新授：

1)

Word: T: How many apples are there on the PPT? (PPT上显示10个苹果) S: Ten. (PPT上显示单词ten) T: And how many apples are there? (PPT上再显示20个苹果) S: Twenty. (PPT上显示单词twenty) T: Listen to me carefully. One and one is two. (手势) So what’s ten and twenty? S: 30 T: Good! And in English we can say“thirty”(PPT上ten和twenty消失，出现thirty)，拿出卡片齐读，男女同学分读。

游戏巩固：Shooting game.

将带有四线三格单词卡片贴在黑板上，学生读三遍。

T: How many monkeys are there on the PPT? (PPT上显示10个猴子)

S: Ten. (PPT上显示单词ten) T: And how many cats are there? (PPT上再显示30只猫) S: Thirty. (PPT上显示单词thirty) T: Listen to me carefully. Ten and thirty is forty.

So what’s the meaning of forty?

S: 40 T: Good! Forty means 40.(PPT上ten和thirty消失，出现forty)，拿出

卡片齐读，两组同学分读。

游戏巩固：Passing ball 将带有四线三格单词卡片贴在黑板上，学生读三遍

T: There are ...students in our class. ...boys and ...girls. Right? So what’s the meaning of boy and girl? (PPT显示两个单词) S: 男孩，女孩

T：So boy means 男孩，girl means女孩（PPT对应出现男孩女孩图片）领读，在黑板上四线三格中写两个单词，并要求学生一起拼写。

游戏巩固：When I say boy, boy should clap your hand and say here.

It’s the same to the girls.

Sentence: T: There are ...students in our class. We can ask“How many students are there in your class ?”We can answer“There are ....”If there are forty.(PPT上显示) What can we ask?

S: How many students are there in your class? (PPT显示，领读，boys ask and girls

answer...exchange,板书) Practice: 1、Ask and answer according to my order.(将粘有数字的苹果、小车、笔放在不同的位置上提问同学利用句式来操练)

2、Use new words to make sentences. 3) Text: 1、T:

A new teacher is talking about their students. What are they talking about? Now let’s listen to the video and answer my question“How many boys are there in the class?”Let’s begin. (PPT显示问题) T：Who can answer my question？

S：There are thirty boys. （评分）

2、Listen to the tape again（再听一遍）

3、Open your book and turn to page 16 and repeat after the video sentence by sentence.（打开书跟录音读）

4、Let’s read the dialogue together. (齐读课文)，

5、Now practice the dialogue in your group and perform it.(小组练习对话并且表演) 6、Now make a new dialogue in your group and perform it out.(小组编对话到前面表演) 4) Let’s chant.(听一遍录音，随录音唱一遍) 5)复习本课所学的知识点，评出最佳小组
