本课是新标准英语第十册Module1 Unit 1 She was a driver before.本节课的话题是谈过过去和现在所从事的职业及所做的事情。用一般过去时和一般现在时进行询问和回答。目标语句有：She was a diver before. What music did he play? He played Chinese music.词汇有：drive drove flute player。

二、学情分析

五年级的孩子活泼可爱，敢想、敢说、敢做，求新求异的愿望非常强烈，并且具有一定的语言基础和语法功底，愿意用自己已经掌握的语言知识交流。因此在课堂上设计了可以供学生发挥和再创造的活动，给学生更多表现空间。从学生的兴趣入手，使学生掌握一定的语言知识，从而培养学生利用所学语言知识解决实际问题的能力。
