教学内容分析
本节课是pep小学英语六年级下册第三单元的第四课时。本单元学习的主题是谈论和描述人物在过去做的事情。继二单元后,让学生继续接触更多的一般过去时句子。本课时的教学内容包括Let’s try和let’s talk两部分。
Let’s try 本部分通过吴一凡和Amy在学校遇见Sarah,三人谈论Sarah寒假活动的语境来呈现新句型:How was your holiday? Where did you go? What did you do? 学生通过听力练习获得let’s talk板块的人物信息,为进入正式的对话学习做好准备。
Let’s talk. 本部分学习的核心句型是:Where did you go…? How did you go there? What did you do?
教材通过吴一凡和Amy在学校遇见Sarah,三人谈论Sarah寒假活动的情景帮助学生感知上述句型的语义及语用情景。
教学目标
1、学生能读懂题目要求,学会听前预测;能运用基本听力技巧完成主旨题和细节题。
2、学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解对话大意,并回答读后问题。
3、学生能够按照正确的读音、语调及意群朗读对话,并能进行角色表演。
4、学生能够在语境中理解生词和词组beach的意思,并能正确发音。
5、学生能够运用所学句型谈论自己的假期生活。
教学重难点
1、教学重点:操练上述核心句型;帮助学生读懂对话大意,引导学生正确运用核心句型描述人物假日活动;
2、教学难点:get there的连读。
教学准备:
课件、学生用拓展材料、点读机,板书用写有句子的贴纸。
教学流程
一、复习导入:
1、Game: Catch the helicopter.帮助学生快速复习所学短语。
2、Let’s review. 出示John的五月一日和五月十二日的博客分享这一情景,和学生一起复习Where did John go? What did he do?
3、复习说:利用PPT呈现活动图片,谈论自己周末一般会做什么。出示语言支架:
二、新授:
1、新授听:
(1)利用PPT呈现人物图片,介绍听力活动背景:Who are they? Wu Yifan and Amy are at school. They meet Sarah.教师呈现Let’s try内容,引导学生进行听前预测。
(2)教师播放Let’s try部分录音,让学生听后圈出正确答案。
(3)核对答案,教师PPT出示对话内容,与学生分角色读,让学生初步感知句型How was your holiday? Where did you go? What did you do? 为对话学习做好准备。
2、让学生自读Let’s talk对话,回答问题
Where did Amy go last winter holiday? How did Amy go there? What did Amy do there? 教师随机板书,并指导We went there by plane.句中的连读。
3、让学生再读对话,判断正误。检查学生对课文的理解。
( )Amy and her family went to Sanya over the winter holiday. ( )Amy went to Sanya by train . ( )The beach in Sanya was beautiful. 4、出示课文内容,进入听音正音环节,随机帮助学生理解over和beach的意思。
5、分角色朗读。
6、新授说:pair work.
