一、教学目标
知识目标
(1)掌握以下单词的读音和意义:
work/working,shout/shouting,think/thinking,cut/cutting,dance/dancing, exercise/exercising。
(2)能听说、认读句型
“Are you…?”
“Is
he/ she …?”和其回答“Yes, I am.
No, I’m not. I’m...”“Yes , he/she is.
No, he/ she isn’t. He’s/ She’s …”。
技能目标
培养学生听、说、读、做的能力,这样不仅能锻炼学生的语言表达能力, 还增强了身体各部分的协调能力。
情感目标
培养学生敢于用英语讨论工作学习和娱乐,加深学习英语的兴趣和增强学生的合作意识。
二、教学重、难点
教学重点:掌握以下单词的读音和意义:
work/working,shout/shouting,think/thinking,cut/cutting,dance/dancing, exercise/exercising。
教学难点
1. 熟练运用句式“Are you…?”
“Is
he/ she …?”进行交际。

1、多媒体课件。
2、自制单词卡片,纸盒。

四、教学过程
1.Warm-up
(1)Greeting and free talk T:Good morning, boys and girls. What day is it today?
Ss: It’s Tuesday.
T:What time is it?
Ss: It’s …
T:What are you doing?
Ss: I’m studying English. …引出“What are you doing?”句型。根据屏幕出示的几幅图片复习
“What’s she doing? What are they doing?”
等有关句型。
(2)Sing a song “What are they doing?”
带领学生一起唱英文歌曲,让学生边唱边做动作。既复习旧知,又活跃气氛。
2.Presentation
创设羊村举行运动会的情景,Gogo作为记者去羊村的所见引出羊羊们正在做的事情作为整体的呈现。用学生熟悉的故事情节来增添学

生学习知识的积极性和趣味性。
Gogo is a reporter(记者). He is working in Yangcun. The sheep are having a sports meeting(举办运动会).
Look! Meiyangyang is dancing. Feiyangyang is exercising. Is Xiyangyang cutting grass(草) ?
No, he isn’t. He is shouting. Oh! The wolf is here, too. He is thinking!
在Are you…?以及
Is he/she…
?She/he is …等句型中逐个学习新单词。学完三个单词Chant 巩固。
Working, working, are you working?
Yes, yes, yes, I am.
Thinking, thinking, is he thinking?
Yes, yes, yes, he is. Shouting, shouting, are they shouting?
No, no, no, they aren’t. 再学三个单词,再巩固。
Cutting, cutting, are you cutting?
Yes, yes, yes, I am.
Dancing, dancing, is she dancing?
Yes, yes, yes, she is.
Exercising, exercising, are they exercising?
No, no, no, they aren’t. They are dancing. 最后呈现所有6个单词和相关图片,朗读巩固单词。

3.Practice 1、Play a guessing game. Pass the box. When the music stop, you can pick a piece of paper out of the box, then do the action before the whole class. Let one student guess what you are doing. 2、送单词宝宝回家
:复习动词ing 形式的变化规则。
3、练习表演Target 的对话,巩固句型。
4. Exercise.
笔头练习:根据中文提示完成短文。
羊村这次终于成功举办羊羊运动会了!羊羊们在做什么呢?我们来听听前方记者Gogo的报道:
