many和现在进行时，了解These are句式。

教学难点：

能正确认识和使用本课句型表达具体情境。

活动1：ppt出示图片man/men, woman/women, child/children讨论图片。

1.出示boy and girl图

T: Who is this ? S: This is a boy. T:A boy is a child.What is the child doing? S: The child is reading a book. T: Who is this? S: This is a girl. T:A girl is a child ,too.板书child. 出示children图, T: Now, What can you see in the picture? S: boys and girls.. T: Boys and girls are children.（板书children）How many children? Let’count .One,two,three,four...Many,many children.read after me. T: What are the children doing? S: The children are taking a picture.. 出示woman图,

men. 板书men,男女生轮读，分行读,在板书中从音形两方面区别man和men. 利用事先准备的尺子、橡皮等实物，引导学生说出many rulers\erasers\desks\chairs\books. 2.利用黑板上的单词，将其men,women和children归纳为people一大类。
