2.掌握并运用课文中的单词和词组ago, then and now, e-book, mobile phone，

anywhere, all over the world, make friends, watch news, write letters ★3.能初步运用句型表达:

…ago, he/ she… Now he/ she…

4. 培养学生学习比较事物的能力，培养学生从多方面考虑问题的习惯。通过过去和现在的比较，感受生活中巨大的变化，引导学生关注自身周围事物的变化，体会差异，培养爱家人，爱生活，爱自己的积极情感。

【自主导学】

1.

常规预习Story time 下方的生词, 全做四会要求。

2. 知识解析：

时间状语…ago, 用于一般过去时；

now 一般表示现在。

3. 预习课文，跟读课文，试着理解课文内容，完成书P38。

【课堂互动】

Step1 Free talk Look at me, would you like to say about me?

引导孩子用：You are… Your hair is… You can….把说的机会给孩子。

Do you want to know something about me?

You are tall. Your hair is long. You can speak English. You can Teach. I can...

Step2 Presentation and Practice 1.

出现两幅老师的对比照片，引出then and now，教师用…ago, I could/ couldn’t…，Now I can…表达，使学生初步感知…ago, I …, Now I …的含义。

T: This is me now. But do you know what I was like thirty years ago?

(呈现小时候的照片,引导孩子描述：You were … You could…You couldn’t…) Look at the pictures and say what Miss Wu could do thirty years ago. 2.

看课文动画，整体呈现课文。看完要求学生在所给信息框中，分别填上文中出现的四个主人公的名字。

What kind of changes are mentioned in Mike’s family? ( changes in capacity, changes in contact way, changes in the ways of getting information, changes in the ways of making friends, changes in people’ s shopping way) 课文中讲述了上述几种变化，教师可以通过圈画，选择等方式让学生了解即可。

预习反馈。看完要求学生在所给信息框中，P38 4.学生汇报答案，核对

Mike, Mr Brown, Grandpa, Mrs Brown 5.精读这个表格，在过程中教生词mobile phone, all over the world, anywhere, news 6.师以表格一为例，用…ago, he/she… Now he/she…完整描述。

7.小组合作，任意选择一幅图表达。（图一为两星，其余为三星）

学生用…ago, he/she… Now he/she…描述表格的内容。

8.跟读课文。分角色人物朗读。

9.给出关键词，复述课文。
