教学过程：

二、New concept 1，出示中国地图，问“What’s the capital city of China?”“Beijing”

引出本课的课题《Lesson7 Arriving in Beijing》,领读课题。

2，通过泛读，领读，自由读，指名读教授新单词：people, many, child, women,

men. 3，通过单词卡片的形式做游戏考察单词英汉互译。分组读，齐读。

4，They arrive in Beijing. When do they arrive? Where do they live? Let’s listen ! 播放课文录音。整体感知文本，理解大意。听的时候给出问题，带着问题去听，让学生听的更集中更有针对性。

找学生回答上述两个问题，然后讲解课文。They are on their way to the hotel. What do they see on the way?Let’s learn the new text and find the answer. Let’s read the text, find the answer. 借助图片介绍单数句子与复数句子,通过复习be动词口诀，注意is, are的用法。

5,讲解课文，跟读课文，纠正读音。

四、Practice 1,Read the text，then do the exercise. 1) A child is flying a kite.
