（一）复习、热身

（二）新知呈现与教授

1、T: （PPT:紧接上一环节，出示东湖照片）Guess: Which city ?

Ss:Wuhan. (引出武汉这个城市）

T: Today let’s talk about our city——Wuhan. 2、T:（指着PPT中东湖风景图片）What’s this? (引出武汉著名景点：The East Lake) 3、教读单词：east、lake 4、T: In China,there is another famous lake.Do you know what it is.

Lead in: The West Lake 5、教读单词：west 6、T: Do you know other lakes in Wuhan?

生说出南湖、月湖、墨水湖、沙湖等等。

7、T: You’re wonderful! Look! There are many lakes in Wuhan.(PPT:出示武汉几个著名的湖泊图片）So Wuhan is a city of lakes. 8、Lead in the sentence: Wuhan is a city of lakes because there are many lakes in the city.

教读该句（跟读、小组读、分层读）

9、Listen

T: Wuhan is our city. We all live in Wuhan. Do you want to know more about it? Now let’s listen.

一听(关书）：What can you hear from the passage? Tell me the key words you hear.

（通过关书听短文，找关键词，让学生初步感知短文大意。）

二听（开书）：Fill in the blanks and answer questions.

（第二遍听，完成填空并回答相应的问题，让学生通过填空了解文章中的主体结构，引出本节课重点句型：(Wuhan)is a city of (rivers/lakes).在此过程中，也可以将学生难理解的句子和短语进行讲解。）

三听(开书）：Which lake is the biggest lake in Wuhan?

What can you see around the East Lake?

（第三遍开书听短文，回答这两个问题。同时引出描述一个城市的句型：There are ... in the city.）

师用上面两个句型描述某个城市的特征，让学生猜出城市名。然后让学生自己尝试描述其它城市，班上其他学生来猜。
