Presentation

1.T shows the pictures in 1a to pupils.

2.The pupils listen to the tape about 1a.

Try to read the phrases.

3.T tells some informations about the places to the

pupils. I.

Warm- up 4.Let the pupils know the Great Wall and the Palace Museum are from Beijing. Tower Bridge and London Eye are from London. The White House and the Smithsonian Castle are from Washington DC.

5. The pupils try to devide the pictures into three parts: China, UK and US. 6.Do exercise 1b, listen and match.

Read the sentences. 7.Listen to the paragraph about Beijing in 1c. Pupils try to get more informations. T write on the board. 8.Pupils read the text. 9.Learn other two texts in this way.

Consolidation
