教学设计Module10 Unit1 This is his head. 一、教材分析
本课是外语教学与研究出版社小学英语(三年级起点)三年级上册第十模块第一单元。课题是Module10 Unit1 This is his head.它是整个模块的第一课时,也是本模块的重要环节,课型为操练课。本节课主要学习his及head、arm、hand、leg、foot五个有关人体部位的单词,能熟练运用“This is his....”句型来描述他人的身体部位。本节课的新单词共6个,相对于本学期前几模块的单词来讲,学习单词并不难。并且第六和第九模块已经学过This is my/ your...的句型结构,本单元学习一个新的形容词性物主代词his,如何讲解运用his这是本单元的一个难点。本课通过让学生听、唱、说、玩、练,学习用英语表达自己身体的各个部位,发展学生的语言表达能力,进一步培养学生的语言综合运用能力。
二、学情分析
本课的教学对象是三年级的学生。他们注意力集中时间较短,好表现,且期盼得到表扬。对学习过程中的游戏、动作、chant、课本动画视频等感兴趣。经过了前期的英语学习,他们积累了一定的语言基础,且具有学习英语的兴趣。本课的话题贴近学生生活实际,在教学中尽量创设真实的情境,使用多种教学手段。
三、教学目标
知识目标: 1、能听、说、认读单词:his、head、arm、hand、leg、foot。 2、能听懂并熟练地运用句型:This is his...句型描述自己或他人的身体部位。 技能目标:培养学生听,做,说,读的能力,以及言语表达能力。 情感目标:
1、通过让学生了解自己及他人的身体部位,培养学生认真观察周围人和事的良好习惯。 2、激发和培养学生学英语的兴趣,使其主动参与课堂实践活动,从而培养学生合作意识和集体主义精神。 学习策略目标:
培养学生的积极主动参与学***胆开口说英语的习惯。

(1)掌握单词:his、head、arm、hand、leg、foot (2)掌握并能正确运用句型:This is his... 难点:
(1)词汇hand与head的发音区别。 (2)形容词性物主代词his的运用。

T: I’m fine too, thank you. Today, I’m very happy to stand here with you. You are so lovely and so cute.

Let’s sing a song (PPT出示有关song的内容)
T:Before our class, let’s sing a song Please Stand Up and do the actions. While we sing this song, we do some actions about it. Are you ready? Ss: Go go go. (教师播放歌曲,让学生跟着歌曲边唱边动作) 让学生调整好状态准备进入英语学习中。 通过师生齐唱的方式,创设了英语气氛,激发了学生学习的兴趣,同时也复习了以前学过的知识,起到温故知新的作用。 Step2: Presentation 1. Lead in

Ss: That’s Miss Yu. T: Yes, that’s me.
T:(出示遮挡住身体部位的照片)What’s happen? Ss: 老师的头、手、胳膊、腿、脚都不见了。
T: Yes, that’s right. My head, arm, hand, leg and foot in the photo is gone. I’m so sad? Where is my head? Where is my hand? Can you help me ?
Ss: Yes!
T: OK, I want you help me. Let’s go to find it out! Here is a magic box! I have a magic box. Maybe you can help me with this box.

Vocabulary T: Who want to help me? Any volunteer?(出示一个盒子)请同学们抽取盒子中的卡片,卡片贴有照片剪切下的身体部位,背面有对应的英文单词。每抽取一张卡片,教授一个英语单词。
T: Head, head. (出示单词卡)H, ea, d--head. Read after me, head↗head↘头。
T: Point to your head. Ss: Point to my head.(学生指着自己的头)
T:Arm, arm. (出示单词卡)Ar, m-arm. Read after me, arm↗arm↘胳膊。 Hand, hand. (出示单词卡)H, an, d-hand. Read after me, hand↗hand↘手
T: Point to your hand. Ss: Point to my hand.(学生指着自己的手)
T: Leg , leg. (出示单词卡)L, e, g-leg. Read after me, leg↗leg↘腿。 T: Point to your leg. Ss: Point to my leg.(学生指着自己的腿)
T: Foot, foot. (出示单词卡)F, oo, t-foot. Read after me, foot↗foot↘脚。This is his foot. Read after me, his foot. T: Point to your foot. Ss: Point to my foot.(学生指着自己的脚)
最后找到全部的身体部位,并在PPT展示。
3. 单词操练

教师教授学生单词的读音,纠正学生的发音。

Head has “ea” in the word, “e” likes our “eyes” and “a” likes our “mouth” (aaa张嘴巴)Our eyes and mouth are on our head. 巧区分leg和foot Leg has “l” in the word, “l” is long and thin, likes our leg.(用手比出长的腿)
Foot has “oo” in the word, “oo” likes our two foot.(用手比出两只脚)
并通过分小组朗读,开火车朗读,学生举手朗读的方式操练单词。

Look and say 看图片说出相应的英文单词。看图片抢答。
5. Chant with actions PPT出示chant内容:(一边唱一边做动作)

5. Activity 2 flash
T: Boy and girls, there is a friend want to play with us. What’s this? (出示熊猫)
Ss: It’ a panda. It’s Panpan. T: That’s right, let’s go to see him. 播放课文动画,跟读课文。
Step3: Practice 1.出示小男孩拼图卡片,请同学将与小男孩的身体部位相应单词卡片逐一贴在旁边,且用This is his...(head, arm, hand, leg,foot)介绍自己拼的身体部位。
Step4:Development
1、Pair work: introduce your friend
分发给每个小组一个玩具布偶,请同学们合作,打招呼之后,用This is his(her)...(head, arm, hand, leg,foot)介绍玩具布偶的身体部位。并用point to the..请同伴指出布偶的身体部位。
Step 5: Summary Sing a song Please stand up, please sit down. Point to your head and point to your arm. Please stand up, please sit down. Point to your head and point to your hand. 回家画一幅你喜欢的人,动物或玩具,画好之后用句型This is……句型对图片的身体部位进行描述,向父母和同学介绍。
