一、课标解读

小学英语新课程标准中要求，能认读所学词语；能根据拼读的规律，读出简单的单词；能就所熟悉的个人和家庭情况进行简短对话；知道动词在不同情况下会有形式上的变化。因此，在教学过程中，应该为学生尽可能多地创设贴近学生生活实际的任务，从而更好地激发学生的兴趣和求知欲，进而吸引学生积极参加，让学生在完成任务的过程中内化语法、认识语法，在任务中操练，进而达到在任务中运用语法的目的，发展语言运用能力。

二、教材分析

本节课是对第二模块第一单元的一个复习和拓展，其主要内容是对某人过去与现在的一个比较。所运用的句型也都比较简单，涉及到的两个新单词studied和hard需要重点学习。

三、学情分析

本节课的授课对象为五年级的学生。经过近二年的英语学习，他们已经具备了一定的听、说、读、写技能，有较好的模仿能力以及较强的表达能力和理解能力。在老师的引导下，基本能运用所学句型进行语言操练。在课堂教学中能积极参与、主动交流。本节课作为第一单元的复习及巩固，对学生来说学习起来难度不大，重点句型不多，也好理解，因此降低了本节课的学习难度，很适合同学们自主学习。

四、教学目标

（一）语言知识目标：

1. 100%学生能在图片帮助下听懂、会说、会读单词study-studied, hard. 利用师生、生生操练、卡片，达到90%学生基本掌握本课词汇，并能够灵活运用。

2. 100%学生能听懂、读懂并在具体情境中熟练运用本课的目标语句：Mr Li was a teacher. He studied very hard. （二）语言技能目标：

100%学生能通过观察图片细节，领悟目标语句并学会表达。

（三）情感态度目标：

激发学生的学习热情，进行文明礼仪教育，感染学生，对其进行中华美德孝顺的教育。

五、教学重点、难点：

重点：一般过去时与一般现在时的区分。

难点：熟练运用目标语句及studied的发音

六、教学评价

1、语言知识目标评价：通过文本图片、动画、跟读和机械操练，能听说认读本课的重点词汇。

2、语言技能目标评价：通过复述对话和练习活动，能够口头运用本课的重点词汇，进行简单地交流。

3、情感态度目标评价：通过所学话题，学会谈论自己的家人以及喜欢的明星，增强同学之间的了解，加深对家人的感情

七、教学过程

Step 1.Warm-up and lead-in

1. Greeting. 2. Talk about your changing with your pictures in the past and now. 3. What about these pictures? Let’s talk about the pictures in the past and now.出示文本组图，学生观察，猜测回答。

如果学生说不出来，老师用问题引领：(In the past.) Who’s this boy? Where were they? How many children? What did they do? (Now) Who’s this boy? What does he do? What does he teach? 4. Watch and answer: How are the pictures different? (Learn “teaches”) 5. listen and repeat. Step 2.Presentation 1. Class Task:

T: Last class we talked about your pictures in your groups. This class, let’s talk about the stars you like. 2. First look at the two pictures. They’re about Mr Li and Chen Hai. They’re different in the past and now.Let’s look and try to talk about them. 引导学生说：In the past, Mr Li was a teacher. He taught Chinese. Chen Hai was a teacher. Now Chen Hai is a teacher. He teaches English. Mr Li is learning English. T: Really? Let’s watch and answer.

What did they do twenty years ago? What do they do now? (1) What did they do twenty years ago? 引出：Mr Li was a teacher.

Chen Hai was a good pupil. T: What did Mr Li teach?

引出He taught Chinese. T: Did Chen Hai study hard? ( Learn “study, hard”)

Yes, he did. He studied very hard. ( Learn “study-studied”) T: Who studied very hard in our class? 操练：… studied very hard. (2) What do they do now?

引出：Chen Hai is an English teacher.

T: What about Mr Li? He doesn’t work.

What are they doing? 引出：

Look and say. First discuss in pairs. Try to talk about how they are different five years ago and now. Then show it. Step 4 Extension.

Talk about the stars you like in groups. 通过出示姚明、孙俪、赵薇等图片或学生自己搜集的喜欢人物的图片来谈论他们的过去与现在的不同之处。Then show it. Step 5 音标教学. 请学生听录音，跟着录音逐列朗读单词。每读完一列，请学生注意观察期中的彩色字母组合发现什么规律？告诉学生，这些字母组合的读音相同。老师教读，学生再次朗读单词，体会其中的读音规则。
