1、通过Look and read的阅读和反馈练习，帮助学生运用核心词汇和句型，掌握a lot of ，some 和a little的区别和用法。

2、通过Do a quiz的活动，让学生巩固运用Look and read所学内容，对饮食习惯的好坏作出判断。
