课堂设计指导思想：

在北京成功地举办了2008年夏季奥运会后，又取得了申办2022年冬奥会的资格，这很大程度上让学生受到了鼓舞，所以用一系列的运动项目和冬奥会的宣传片作为导入，很能吸引学生的兴趣。接着展开本篇演讲的阅读策略以及分析文章的结构，通过快速阅读，细节阅读和深层次阅读并辅之以适当的练习，能很好的帮助学生理解课文。最后根据学生的认知和本节课的输入，给他们一个话题思考，写一篇简短的文章帮助他们巩固课文的内容。
