Months

Year 教学目标：

1.知识目标

（1）学生能听、说、读、写下列词汇：

month

January. February. March. April. May. June. July. August. September. October. November. December.

（2）学生能听懂并运用下列句子：

What’s your favourite month? Whose birthday is in...?

（3）学生能唱歌曲Twelve Months。

2.能力目标

积极完成课堂活动，培养学生自主学习和合作学习的能力。

3.情感目标

激发学生的积极情感，培养合作与创新精神，增强团队合作意识。

4. 教学重点：

12个月份单词的学习以及相关句子。

5. 教学难点：

熟练运用月份词汇在日常的英语应用中。

6. 教具：词汇卡片、PPT

教学过程：

Step1: Lead in and presentation 1.

Greeting 2.

Presentation (1).主动告诉新单元的学习，在这个单元我们会学到什么。板书Unit 2 Days and Months，学生guess意思并解释其意思。转向对month的学习。在黑板上书写month(s)，并领读几遍。

(2).师问

How many months are there in a year？引导学生回答

There are twelve months in a year。依次把12个月份的单词卡片粘贴到黑板上，学生跟读数遍。让学生打开书翻到18页看第1部分，指着之前的黑板上的词汇卡片读，让学生找到教科书上的月份，要求自由练习。

(3) Game

把十二个月份的词汇卡片发给每位同学，每人三张，不按照月份顺序。师用中文说月份，点到的同学跳一下，然后再读出这个单词。之后再做一个对抗赛，四位学生分为四组。由一个说出其中一个月份，然后以抢答的方式说出该月份的后一个或者前一个词汇或者相连的三个词汇。

(4) 向学生介绍月份的缩写形式,然后一个学生说三个月份，另一个学生用缩写形式写出来

Step2. Practice

1.师说These are the twelve months of the year. My favourite month is September.What’s your favourite month?学生回答：My

favourite month is….每位同学都说.师然后说：My birthday is in

September.Whose birthday is in...?这个月份的学生就应该回答My birthday is in Sep.。学生多读几遍然后两人组问答。

2、Let’s sing!

播放一遍Twelve Months并欣赏。再放一遍，歌里唱到哪个月份就指到黑板上相应的月份。播放歌曲，让学生跟着唱，唱January这个词时，拿一月份词卡的学生唱这个单词并举起来。以此类推直到整首歌结束。

生总结师补充并齐读。
