Unit 6 In a nature park

一、教学目标

1.能听,说,读,写关于自然景物的单词:bridge, house, road, building, tree,以及听,说,读village, city;

2.理解并正确运用There is / are…句型,简单描述城市和村庄的景物;

3.培养及正确引导学生喜爱城市更热爱家乡的情感。

二、教学重点与难点

教学重点是掌握B部分Let’s learn中的七个有关自然景物的单词,其中前五个单词要求听、说、读、写四方面掌握。在情景中理解单词的同时掌握句型There is / are… ,能恰当地用此句型简单描述城市和村庄的景物,以及能正确理解There be 句型组成的语篇。

教学难点是如何正确运用There be 句型,且引导学生自然进入运用语言的状态。

三、教学步骤

1.Warm-up

(1)Let’s clap and say!

T:grass Ss:grass grass grass

T:river Ss:river river river……..

(2) T:Is there a nose on your face?

Ss:Yes,there is.

T:Is there a mouse on your face?

Ss:Yes~~/No~~~

2.Presentation

(1) T:Oh, I mean the mouse, where is the mouse? Look, it’s coming! 播放视频《The mouse and the cheese》

(2) T:Is this mouse funny? It’s a super mouse.

Today, if you get 1~5stars,you’ll be a Super boy/girl, and get 6~10stars, you’ll be a Super Star. Come on!

Now, I have a friend, it’s a mouse, Look, he’s coming.

T:I’ll give you the first letter of the word to finish the sentence. Eg. f, p, r, m (forest,path,river,mountain)

Ss say “Yes or No”,T:These is a city in our classroom.

再次引出:There is Micky in Shanghai.

But Micky is not happy.Why?

Micky:Ticky is my friend, Oh, I miss Ticky!

4. Let’s practice

(1)read the words one by one.

(2)Story Time: Micky is the city mouse, Ticky is the country mouse.They’re friends.
