What’s this in English?(3a-3e) 一、教材及学情分析:
本节课继续围绕“认物”这一话题开展听、说、读、写活动。通过大量的口语训练和听力训练练习达到使学生巩固句型,熟练运用句型的目的。有上一节课的良好铺垫,这节课的难度较小,但要强化学生对“this,that,spell it”的理解和正确运用。
二、教学目标:
1. 语言知识目标:
1) 能掌握以下单词:orange, ruler, pen, key, jacket, map, cup, quilt , spell, please
2) 能掌握以下句型:

2. 过程与方法目标:
在口语与听力练习中,使学生感悟部分音标的发音规则,总结发音规律,培养学生良好英语语感,以此提高学生对英语的兴趣。
3. 情感态度价值观目标:
在认识事物的学习活动中培养学生的想象力和创造力;激发学生学习英语的兴趣,发挥学生学习英语的主动性;通过小组活动、组间竞赛,培养学生的合作意识和团队精神。
三、教学重难点

句型对周围的事物进行问答练习。
2)
运用Spell it, please句型,练习拼写所学的有关事物的单词,并强化记忆这些单词。
2. 教学难点:
感悟元音字母Aa、Ee、Ii与Oo在单词中的常见发音规律,并能利用所学的规律来尝试拼读新的单词。
四、教学过程
Ⅰ. Warming- up and revision 1.
Greet the Ss. 2.
Review the letters Ii ~ Rr. Let some Ss recite the letters. Then let some Ss come to the
Bb and write them on the Bb. (注意和同学们一起纠正个别同学不正确的笔顺。) 3.
Review the words. Let Ss read these words loundly. 4.
Game.(Find the right English words and Chinese meaning. 5. Put some real objects on the teacher's desk. (orange, ruler, pen, key, jacket, cup)
Ask Ss to answer the questions:
T: What's this in English?
Ss: It's an orange. (将句型呈现在黑板上)
T: What's this in English?
Ss: It's a ruler.
(Ask about more Ss about other things.)
6.Point to a map . Ask Ss: What's that in English?
Ss: It's a map.
Point to a picture of quilt. Ask Ss: What's that in English?
Ss: It's a quilt.
T:Spell it,please.(用希沃中的英汉词典,教授Spell这个新单词,同时导入本课新句型)
(呈现图片时,老师站在学生中间,远远的指着图片,让学生自己总结this 和that的区别)
7. Let Ss ask and answer about the objects in pairs. (3 minutes)
Ⅱ. Listening
1. 让学生们看3a中的八幅图画,读出每幅图画的英语名称。
2. 告诉学生们下面将听到的录音中是图画中的事物。听录音,按录音中所读的顺序将这八幅图画排序。
3. 3a. Listen to the recording and number the pictures. Then check answers.(对答案过程中,可以问是否有哪一组同学愿意小组内一个一个按顺序的念出答案,直到念完为止,全对的话,小组加分。)
4. 3b. Now let's listen to the recording again. And complete the words under the pictures in 3a. (2minutes)(本环节,邀请学生来到讲台上完成3a,其他同学在下面写答案,采用投屏技术,将部分同学的答案在黑板上展示。)
Ⅲ. Pair work
1. 3c.(让学生们看3c图画中的人物的对话,告诉学生们艾里克与海伦在问答地图的说法及拼写。)
T: Now listen the recording.
(Ss listen to the recording and repeat after the recording.) T: You are Eric, your partner is Helen. Practice the conversations with your partner. And I will invite some students to play the conversation,OK? (Ss practice the conversations in pairs.)

A: Spell it, please. B: M-A-P T: Exchange the roles. And practice the conversations again.

Let some Ss act out the conversation.
