The topic of this unit is “Neighbours”. In this period, we will learn names of occupations and names of related places . Students may tell foreigners about who they meet and the places they may come across in the local community. Also, we will lead students t to talk about their neighbourhoods and their dream neighbourhoods.

The seventh grade students have learned some words of occupations.In this period, they will be given chances to talk about what they know about occupations and what they think of neighbourhoods. They can learn more words and share more opinions

by exchanging the information they have got. 1.

To develop an understanding of names of occupations and names of related places.

To talk about their neighbourhoods. 1. Use pictures to help them learn different occupations and related places. 2. Consolidate different occupations by describing them and guessing them. 3.
