Section B 1a—2c Ⅰ.教学准备

教师：本课所要教授的衣物图片或幻灯片；数字10～31的图片；录音机和录音磁带。

学生：复习总结所学的衣物名词，预习本课内容。

Ⅱ.教学目标

1．学习数字10～31，练习询问价格，学会如何作价格报告。

2．培养学生用所学语言知识谈论衣物和价格的能力；提高语言交际能力。

3．通过购物的对话练习，教学生学会购物时使用的礼貌用语和如何感谢他人。

4．用复述和多人合作的学习策略，利用课件或教学图片来展开课堂问答式的口语交际活动和小组调查活动，谈论服装并学习询问服装的价格与颜色；同时进行听力训练。

5．通过了解中西方文化对衣物喜好的异同和中外货币价值异同，初步树立跨文化意识。

Ⅲ.教学重点

Ⅳ.教学难点

行为动词一般现在时的肯定句、否定句和一般疑问句的结构，尤其是第三人称单数形式的变化。

Ⅴ.Teaching Procedures Step 1：Lead-in

1.

Sing a song. Students sing the song Ten Little Indians together. 2.

Review numbers from one to thirty, and try to find out the rules, then summarize the rules.

Step 2: Grammar Focus 1.

Group work. Students are divided into several groups, and are asked to discuss with their classmates. They study together and try their best to translate the meanings of the sentences. 2.

Share their answers. One group choose one student to say the meaning of the sentences. 3.

Practice these sentences. Firstly, students follow the teacher, then they practice it by themselves. Role-play these sentences. Step3: 3a 1.

Read the instructions. Translate it into Chinese. 2.

Pair work.

Students work in pairs ,discuss with each other and find out the answers to the chart. 3.

Check the answers. Ask some of the students to share their answers.

4.

Tell the differences between ‘How much is...’ and ‘How much are...’. Give them some directions, and make some examples for them. Step 4:3b 1.

Read the instructions to the students. 2.

Give them two minutes to finish it. 3.

Practice these sentences. 5.

Let several pairs of students say these sentences. Step5:3c 1.

Pair work. Student A, look at the pictures in 3b for a minute and then close his or her book. Student B, ask questions. They may say like this: B: How much are the socks? A: Umm, they’re three dollars. Step 6:Exercise Give the students some questions, and give them three minutes to

finishes it. Step7:Summary Summarize the language points and key points in this class, and tell students to review them after class. Step8: Homework Finish the exercises on page39 on your exercise books.
